Compact room with abrupt slanted roof. The positive part is, it located very close to the station. So a good choice for a transit stay or if you are attending an event in NEC. However, there are better options in the vicinity.

I made my booking through booking.com. Reservation was all in order . £49 for a double. I had to wait to check in when I got there (early). I sat in the bar and the guy brought the key to me as soon as he could. Room. Basic. Functional bathroom. Good water pressure, loads of hot water. Very clean. Room...

The hotel is in the city centre close to lots of shops and restaurants which we found great. On arrival the male at reception was friendly and polite. We stayed in room 106. It looked newly decorated. It was clean and tidy. There was a kettle with cups and some tea, coffee and milk. A tv on the wall. A dressing table....

This hotel is located exactly over the road from the John Lewis exit of grand central and has a fair few restaurants next door. We didn't pay a lot and only needed it for a night out so it was just fit for purpose. Room 207 is where we stayed The lift is horrible and on the morning of checkout...

I'm not sure what people expect from a budget hotel but this hotel if fantastic value for money. Fantastic! Opposite New Street station, metres away from John Lewis, the Bullring is just around the corner and both Chinatown and the Gay Village are a 5 minute walk away. The hotel has had a little refurbishment and the room I had...

It was lovely and warm, looked newly decorated and had a very comfortable double plus a single bed. The bathroom was clean too, with...

Location couldn't be more convenient - right outside New Street Station and the Bullring. It's a bit noisy because of the location but the rooms are a very decent size, with TV and kettle etc. The lift is a bit dodgy - one of those old-school ones where you have to physically shut the door yourself. I was very happy...

This hotel was booked by a family member for myself and 2 others to stay at whilst visiting the Christmas markets and due to how close it is to the station, that's what made the decision to stay. We arrived 3 hours early and we were able to leave our luggage safely behind the desk which was great. We came...

This was a late booking for the Christmas markets. There was a friendly & efficient welcome, room was ready for the 2pm check in time. The room & bathroom were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. It was quite small, but not cramped. We were opposite the stairs and slightly worried that it would be noisy however it...
