We stayed to visit the Frankfurt Christmas Market and the location couldn't have been more perfect. No onsite parking was to be expected from a city centre hotel but the Snow Hill station car park was only a five minute walk away so not a problem. Room was comfy, clean but a little snug when the travel cot was up!...

Excellent location, easy to use car park within easy walking distance, Perfect for a weekend in Birmingham. Very central near the railway station, close to bull ring, lots of bars , restaurants on you're door step. But still no problem with noise.

Having been in several Premier Inns very disappointed with this one. Room was absolutely freezing - had no radiators and the air vents kicked out cold air even at 25c. Slept with my jumper on. Added to that the room overlooked the street and was woken several times by refuse collections tipping up skips of glass bottles I assume from...

Spent two nights overall Google but chaos when checking in as area too small for both employees and guests, room pretty good but noisy plumbing system and lift across from room, location though is great

Very comfortable, also nice and convenient for Birmingham city centre shopping, art gallery & train station. The staff were all extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again.

Very quiet area with a couple of pubs and restaurants nearby it had a nice atmosphere. However the hotels restaurant is excellent much better than other premier inns for quality of good food and service plus...

Stayed here for a one night stay whilst visiting Birmingham Xmas markets. In brilliant location, two minute walk to the Markets and main shopping area and the Bullring. Bedrooms comfortable, as always. Restaurant has just been refurbished and was spotlessly clean. Food at breakfast was best I have seen in a Premier Inn. Main plus was they provided full choice...

Bed was a great size and very comfortable. Location was fantastic. Staff were great and breakfast was the bed we'd ever had. We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Birmingham we were going to the Barclaycard arena
