I have been there for a conference. Its few hundreds meters to conference center and few steps away to barclaycard arena. The rooms were ordinary with a kitchen equipped with microvave , fridge etc. The only and most important thing is the area is yet close to conference hall, far from the train station , bullring and shopping centers. Especially... More

Wasn't sure what to expect and it does feel a bit like you're taking an apartment next to more permanent residents. Bit strange but our apartment had a big living room kitchen and decent sized bedroom. The facilities were very good. The area wasn't great and beware of parking on the double yellows when you check in. I read it... More

Stayed in apartment AC24 for a few days this month and it was a real pleasure. It was truly a home away from home, with all the conveniences you'd expect from your own apartment. And the balcony was a real bonus for an al fresco breakfast. We will be back

Stayed for 2 nights to attend a conference at the ICC. Location was ideal being only a 5 minute walk to the ICC and just a bit further on to a Sainsburys Local. Spacious well equipped one-bedroom apartment. Large double bed was very comfortable although not sure of the purpose of the random swivel-chair in there. The lounge area had... More

Pleasant stay, good size rooms, lovely size balcony. All the kitchen facilities you'll need for a short stay! A few negatives to point out; sofas are too small for even one person, let alone two! Noisy neighbours, bed was two singles put together with a double mattress on top - not ideal but at the same time not uncomfortable! Decor... More

We stayed here for six nights recently and thought it was a good place to stay. The apartment was quite spacious and clean. The location is very good being only a 5 to 10 minute walk along the canal to Broad Street with it's many bars and restaurants. I would recommend this place.

How this hotel has received the rating it has I will never know. The building is tired and old and the apartments are really poor. The area itself seems more like a student/social housing block, and all night I was being woken up by loud music or arguments happening around the area. The bed was poor, and to be honest... More

Stayed here in August for T20 Cricket Final. Rooms were clean and apartments seemed ok. Tea bags and milk were there but no cups, not sure how they thought I was going to drink it. "Security deposit" seemed like a scam and had no money for 4 days whilst they released the "funds" - joke! Other hotels (including Easy Hotel... More

Geräumiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schon das kostenlose WLAN war recht schnell. Ruhig. Spacious living and dining area, kitchen well equipped (you may want to ask for extra kitchen items), very friendly and helpful staff. The free Wi-Fi was quite fast already. Quiet - we hardly heard anything from the neighbours or the traffic.

Booked this last minute with some nervousness about the quality of the offering. On arrival found customer service very helpful contrary to some observations. The flat itself was perfectly fine - it's not as high end as some other offerings in the area but perfectly acceptable for the price. Clean, secure and quiet. My only observations were some of the...
