We chose the Premier Inn on the Hagley Road, as a stop off for one night. This was the first time we had ever stayed at a Premier Inn, strange considering we are both in our sixties. The hotel reception was friendly, room available for our arrival, we were given key 32 and up to our room we went. No... More

Everything was perfect. Extra clean and everything working. No noise from the nearby busy road. Plenty of parking with a Brewers Fayre next door. Town centre 5 minute walk away which has all the usual shops plus a few more including Waitrose.

Good location, plenty of free parking and a very clean and well maintained room with everything we needed for the night. It was very warm when we visited, but the air conditioning kept us all comfortable (having spent the previous night in a hot, stuffy hotel room, this was very much appreciated!). The staff were polite and helpful too. The... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and have to say that we were very pleased with the hotel and also service from staff. I had never booked a Premier Inn before but decided to do so after reading reviews here on tripadvisor, We booked 2 family rooms and the check in process was very simple. The rooms were fine for... Enjoyed our one night stay. Very clean room with an excellent bed. Very convenient and good value particularly in Birmingham. Breakfast a real disappointment. Cooked food was not fresh and could have been left-overs. A little noisy but the proximity of TGIF might account for this. Despite drawbacks, would stay again but without breakfast.

Lovely clean premier inn friendly staff excellent food in the evenings. Here for 4 days day 1 the breakfast was great last 3 days awful now avoiding cooked despite paying just can't face it. The mushrooms are just microwaved or steamed in plain water completely devoid of flavour. Bacon soaked in water suspect steamed and washed out to become flavourless.... More

Great hotel, beefeater right next door, on a night it is very quiet. But the breakfast was alright. It's a very good hotel because near it they is a great attraction Cadbury World properly about 5-10 minutes drive away. Beds are really comfortable and it has wifi. Would recommend this to people.

Not only did the view of the heating ducts outside the window look hideous, they also prevented us from opening the window and getting a good nights sleep. I have just completed a survey which asked were we offered our money back if we didn't get the guaranteed night sleep as promised, the answer was no. The lady on reception... More

I have stayed many times for business purposes at this hotel. Good value for money and well positioned for the city centre and the west side of Birmingham. I will return again for business and for leisure purposes wen I want to do so.

We booked to stay as we were visiting Cadbury World- it is a short car ride away. There are few bars/restaurants walking distance to this hotel so a good location if you don't want to stay at the hotel/use the beefeater next door. Free parking (and lots of it). Booked a family room with cot - upon arrival at our... More
