Nice stay and nice staff. I was met by a very friendly Eliza who let me check in earlier so I could rest a bit before going out again. The location was perfect as I was going to the Symphony Hall in the evening. My room had no windows but for a short stay that didn’t matter. Nice bed and room temperature.
I stayed the night at this hotel for a business trip, and I honestly can’t fault it!! When I arrived i was greeted by the lovely Victoria. She was so welcoming & helped me get checked in easily & quickly. My room was super clean & cosy. The bed was so comfy & I had a really good nights sleep. Even though the room was small, it was perfect for one person! When checking out, i was greeted again by the lovely Victoria who kindly let me leave my bags in storage until I arrived back later in the day. Honestly cannot fault this hotel, I will definitely be staying here again when on future business trips😊😊😊
It is a hotel with perfectly clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. 2 minutes walk to Grand Central. I would like to mention Eliza who helped me straight away, every time I needed, always smiling, always positive. The rest of the staff is also friendly and helpful with all the customers. Keep up the good work!
Best hotel ever in the centre of Birmingham.Clean and friendly staff especially Victoria Rooms super clean with comfortable beds. Its a pity they do not serve breakfast that would be a plus to this hotel
Hotel is great location, in the heart of the center. Thanks so much for Eliza - she is great person and always ready to help. Also a big thanks to all people in the reception. Definitely I will be back one day. Petya from Bulgaria
The room was clean and tidy, as always. And staff were amazingly helpful. They are always available, 24/7, to assist you with whatever you need. Eliza especially was great, as she always goes above and beyond to make my stay welcoming. Always enjoy it here
The rooms are always very affordable and the staff (especially Eliza on reception) are very helpful, we originally were given a pretty small room and since we were there for a few mights it wouldn't have been big enough so we went down to reception and the lady at the desk was happy to give us another room that was bigger. The bathroom is small and the rooms do lack certain things that other hotels provide such as kettles and tables and chairs etc, but that's to be expected with such a low price. All in all, I will definitely be staying again and if you're on a budget or just don't think you'll spend lots of time in your room then its ideal, but if you're looking for a luxurious stay where you'll be spending lots of time in the room then it probably isn't for you. The location is also wonderful as it is right next to the train station, has a convenience store only a 1 minute walk away, and is also surrounded by restaurants and cafes, this can make it a little noisy on Saturday nights but we stayed on a sunday night as well and that was very peaceful. …
Staff with great hospitality and are being helpful. Ms. Snehal takes the initiative to help. Cleaning ladies do their great jobs in housekeeping. Highly recommended with great location. Clean and well kept.
The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to the train station and city center. The room was clean and quiet, really bunch of thanks to Eliza the best receptionist ever for her kindness, she was so helpful and made everything easy to us .
We stayed over for a few days to get around Birmingham. When we asked to be moved to a bigger room they were more than happy to do this for us. The room is perfect if you intend to go out during most of the day in the city. Eliza at reception was very friendly and accommodating!
