Slept one night here after staying in an awful hotel in Birmingham centre. It's a nice hotel, with nice staff. Furniture really outdated (that's why I didn't give 5 stars) but other then that I have absolutely no complains. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, free parking.

Great little hotel within easy reach of city centre. Rooms very clean and comfortable, with service with a smile all the way! Excellent breakfast with good variety, and private secure car parking. One very minor complaint:- the lead on the kettle is not long enough to reach the socket so you need to put the kettle on the table. Tip........

Clean tidy and excellently priced. My only criticism would be the shower was outdated, with no warm water. It's wanting me to write more, so I'll also add a blown lightbulb outside my door, and short-lead kettle that had to be put on the ground!

We spent two nights here. It was comfortable, warm and clean. Well worth the price. Shall certainly be staying here the next time we visit Birmingham. No complaints, and the staff made us feel very welcome.

My daughter and I booked here for her to see Justin beiber. We had a great welcome easy book in and a lovely comfortable large room. We was told to be back in the locked car park before midnight if we wanted to be onsite as they locked the shutters at midnight. After collecting the girls from the concert we...

In Brum for a conference needed 2 nights. Affordable and friendly place. Good parking. Room 3 I had was vast, good shower, comfy bed, decent TV. Slept well. Refreshingly the room wasn't overheated. Breakfast well cooked, could be efut from a more imaginative vegetarian option than 'no meat'. Otherwise decent coffee and toast. Flexible on leaving the car all day...

I was a little worried when we booked this as it was very cheap compared to other places in Birmingham. We all had a lovely stay. It's very comfortable with a homely touch. Staff and members were very friendly. The morning we was served breakfast and juices/coffee which was very nice. Would definitely stay again
