Great location but unfortunately that is the only positive I can offer up. The floor throughout the apartment was filthy with a layer of grey dirt. The bathroom was dated, but that isn't a problem, however the moldy floor tiles were grim. Communal areas messy and littered with boxes, a buggy and crates of soft drinks. I wouldn't stay here...

Booked specifically for the Xmas market. Not a hotel but good quality accommodation. We got a large room with a comfortable bed, TV and lounge area - functional kitchen and amazing powerful shower :) Air con unit in the room so great for heat and cooling where appropriate. Interesting pin code access and the car park is great value (...

Easy check-in and perfectly located. A bit worn out and noisy if you end up with a room overlooking the street. On the other hand its located in the shoppingarea and with pubs and places to eat well close by. The room had all that was needed for a weekend-trip with friends.

We wanted to be city centre. We were. The Briar Rose and the Station and all the pubs and restaurants below skilled their people into the street till all, hours. The door between lounge and hall where bedrooms were was helpful. But really, have stretch arms or be 6'5" to reach the TP while you are on the john...

Really great location with very good local bars and eateries. Shops 10 minutes walk away. Also parking close and a very reasonable parking price if you speak to owners about it. Unfortunately I had to ask about it instead of being told about it. Turning to the property it was somewhat slightly shabby and a bit dated. Bed was comfortable...

I had booked via booking.com upon arrival at the property we had no keys in the secure key safe. We rang the customer service number and was spoken to very rudely by an advisor. I was very stressed as I had booked this for a birthday celebration and was told I had cancelled the booking. The person then told me...

You need a code to enter the property initially. I was a bit worried that it might not work but it did so a good start. Flat was comfortably furnished with a nice kitchenette with dish washer and washing machine. Enough basic cookware to do simple meals. The TV didn't work - there was a number you could ring out...

Where to start. Code to get in didn't work. Three guesses later by the guy on the end of the emergency phone number eventually got us in. Then, well it's just not very nice. I'd like to say something positive, but I can't think of anything. Seems like it's just for people going out on the town and coming back...

Stayed over night, in a bright airy apartment. Great bed, TV, WiFi and ideal kitchen if needed. Check in was simple and works well...... Super location, but a little noise from bar across the road, but it is still worth a visit. Had an issue with tap dripping and unable to turn off, simple phone call and positive response

we stayed in birmingham for 4 nights and chose an apartment for a bit more space. We chose the smaller of the rooms and it was fine for us. Great location, easy access from train station, bit of a walk from the bus station - not impossible .. just tedious with suitcases. Easy to get to shops, supermarket, museum etc...
