A nice clean friendly b & b not far from NEC or Birmingham airport. There is a bus stop almost directly opposite the guest house with buses every 15 minutes. The bus takes about 10 minutes and drops you at Birmingham international station. From there you can walk to the arenas or get a free monorail to airport. Lovely breakfast... More

Stayed for one night and would recommend. Warm rooms with comfortable bed, good bathroom and very friendly. English Breakfast was good and nice atmosphere Walking distance to good restaurants which the owner recommended.

For the price my single room was brilliant value Spotlessly clean,comfy bed,great WIFI and great breakfast. Private bathroom with easy to use shower. Great hosts with a good bus service from guest house to Birmingham centre. Tescos within easy walking distance and enough take aways as well. Will definitely use again if in Birmingham.

It was a last minute booking. Stayed fro 3 nights for the Furniture show Marilyn was a great host and very helpful.. Basic B&B good value. Breakfast was good and location was almost perfect for the purpose. Only 15 minutes drive to NEC...

We stayed at the gables nest for three nights in the family room. Lots of space and en suite bathroom. Marilyn is a lovely host who helped us find our way around Birmingham as well as serve a very good breakfast every morning. Great place to stay for BED & BREAKFAST, warm welcome, stayed in the TWIN room, comfy rooms, basic en suite room, basic facilities, but for the price, thats all you need. Great breakfast to set us up for the journey home. will stay again in future, look forward to returning. thanks for the warm welcome.

Me and my mum stayed here on the 10th October until the 13th. We was welcomed by the lovely lady who owns the guest house. She was very helpful with queries that we had.
