Our research team recently stayed at Church Hill Farm as we toured Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwick Castle. This location was perfect! Sue made us feel very comfortable. She was very intuitive regarding our needs, offering us tea, allowing us to use her phone, and providing us with much needed driving directions. Her hospitality was amazing! We stayed for two nights, and... More

Excellent stay here for three nights. Very quiet and peaceful. Good room with all mod cons and the most powerful shower we have ever come across. Sue, our host, was friendly and helpful and, a big plus in our book, a welcoming pot of tea and cake on arrival. Highly recommended for a stay in this lovely part of England... More

We were looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights on our way to Bristol from Manchester. We found this property on the trip adviser website and the reviews looked great. The only room available was the kitzbuhel which is a self catering unit on the farm. The unit is fully furnished and cake, milk, tea and coffee... More

Just stayed for the bank holiday weekend and had a fabulous time. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the proprietors, Sue and David went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed to make your stay a memorable one. The farmhouse is set in 300 acres of farmland and has stunning... More

I was working in the area and chose not to stay in a hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my couple of nights here and would definitely go back, given the opportunity. House has loads of character and Sue was really friendly.

We had the good fortune to stay at Churchill Farm last Friday night. The family room was ideal for our little family, beautifully laid out with everything you could want. The beds were fantastic and the three of us had the best sleep in ages. The cooked breakfast on Saturday morning was fantastic and kept us all going on our... More

We have descended as a group of eight or more on Sue and her family on numerous occasions over the years in order to weekend somewhere comfortable and accommodating while taking in a couple of productions at Stratford and walking in the Warwickshire countryside. Staying at Church Hill Farm is in every way a delight: warm and welcoming in winter,... More

It has been a pleasure getting to know such a great bunch of guests/friends over the years. It's lovely when the house has that underlying sound of chatter/ laughter . I will miss the group as one couple are locating to warwickshire where I think they will be doing plenty of entertaining for their friends. Thank you for you for... More

We stayed in the rooms in the annex, kids in a twin, us in a double with a kitchenette / living room in between. It was clean, warm, great bathrooms. Owner was really friendly & cooked a fantastic breakfast (no need for lunch!). Overall good value. Beware the 2% credit card charge despite these being capped at 0.3% since December.

Glad you enjoyed the breakfast. Debit cards are free ,unfortunately I pay more than 0.3% for merchant card services. If you book online from my website all of the charges are included on the booking page. I'm sorry if there was any confusion over the credit card charge . Hope to see you again. More

The B&B and suites were exactly what we were looking for, for a few friends to enjoy New Year away together. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and immaculate, the beds were huge and the flooring in the suites was heated, much to our delight.
