Great location and we had a great meal in the restaurant..good quality excellent service. The rooms in the Courtyard a very small ..the ensuite bathroom is miniscule...also you can hear everything in the rooms around you. The people on Reception, although friendly when they're there , dont appear to be be very motivated shall we say....unlike the bar and restaurant...

I spent two nights here for a short break. Booked a superior room - it was spacious, overlooked the front, lovely bathroom, big comfy bed, very clean, but all rather spoiled for me by the NINE pictures of steam engines hanging on the walls! They just jarred - were very dark and dingy, and I couldn't work out why they...

Sent my mum and dad who are in their 70s and my mum having mobility problems for a weekend at this hotel and what a fabulous decision. The staff upgraded free of charge to a quiet room due to there being a function on that weekend without having to be asked. Made sure that they were sat near the buffet...

We booked a room to attend a wedding taking place at Wroxhall Abbey and were pleasantly surprised. It was an attractive and historic venue and the rooms were in keeping with this. We walked in and found the reception almost immediately and were promptly checked in and found our room easily. Our room was a very good size and I...

We have stayed at Wroxall Abbey on several occasions - our most recent visit being on the 22nd Feb 2017. We always find our stay relaxing - the restaurant and food is lovely, staff very helpful and accommodating, wonderful grounds to walk around and a nice pool. The building is impressive and rooms nice. We have brought several friends to...

Booked a Spa session for my wife and daughter as a Christmas treat. Plan A was to have lunch and let the girls have their Spa whilst I did some reading etc. Arrived to find the whole place booked out for a very large wedding which excluded us from the dining facility. Parking was very tight but managed to find...

When you walk in we were unsure who to speak to or where to go as there did appear to be a reception desk, so we made our way to the bar. We had booked in advance as there were 6 adults and a child and when we arrived they had not reserved any space for us in Broadwood bar...

We spent 2 nights on a celebration valentine package, including champagne afternoon tea then 7 course diner on Saturday night. We paid 20 each for 3 course evening diner on Friday. The food was lovely, we had partridge and was so tasty, the desserts was equally, breakfast was buffet style. If you appreciate old buildings 1700's and antique furniture with...

Beautiful long driveway to the hotel, building looked very impressive and after a busy few months at work my partner and I were looking forward to a weekend away at a 4 star hotel with an evening meal and a nice soak in the large or roll-top bath in the Mansion Suite that we were led to believe we'd booked....
