Stayed here in a twin room for 5 nights, whilst attending 2016 Formula 1 at Silverstone. Clean, friendly and pretty central for what we needed. No complaints at all, everything was fine for us. Lovely friendly family run business who couldn't be more accommodating.

Don't stay here if you are fussy. Their is nothing wrong with it, it's just a little old fashion, but theirs nothing wrong with that. They are very welcoming and as mentioned by others you can make good use of their car park for free. The room was fine, we were lucky enough to have had the room with the... More

Stayed here on a short break to Warwick. Any one who thinks this is a 5 can't be over fussy.,it's not,it's not even a 4 but it is a very good 3. The star of the show is the land lady. She was great as were the rest of the staff we met. Cambridge villas is in a great location,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The location was fantastic; we were able to walk through St Nicholas Park into town and also walk easily to the canal to then walk to Leamington Spa. Mrs Bruna has a charming sense of humour and she gave us great recommendations for things to do... More

We stayed for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. We had a minor problem with our room but this was resolved very rapidly. Breakfast was very good and Bruna supplied our specific requests eg Soya Milk. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom newly installed and functioning well. There was adequate off street parking available for all the guests.... More

This is a b &ab rather than a hotel. The location is good as it is within walking distance of town. There is off street parking. My room was in need of an overhaul and more power points although it had a modern bathroom. The owners are pleasant and breakfast was ok

We stayed here for one night. The bed was very comfy and the room quiet in the night. You could however hear others moving around up and down the stairs although this wasn't overly noisey. The room was clean and we got a good nights sleep, landlady was friendly and helpful, not really much else to say. We didn't try... More

We booked through booking.com as the rating was 8.5 but after staying here not sure how anyone could rate this any more than 5 out of 10 or 2 out of 5 using trip advisor ratings. The hotel badly needs doing up its very dated and tired in places. Our room was tatty with wallpaper peeling off and an electric... More
