Bedroom bit tired in places, bedding not sorted in advance for sofa bed, a door that wouldn't lock and a shambolic breakfast. It was cheap but not great. Staff were friendly enough though. Lift broken too.

My son and I travelled from Scotland to attend the funeral of an old and dear friend. We used this hotel because our friend's sister and family had booked there and also their brother lived nearby. The rooms were spacious and each had two single beds. A trouser press was supplied as well as an iron and ironing board. The...

My husband and friends had originally decided on a Premier Inn, in Warwick, but after the price rose to nearly double the price of this hotel, we decided to stay here. I'm so glad we did. The rooms were large, and had everything you needed. They could be updated though, but glad of the free Wi-Fi, and the super king...

The best rooms in the hotel is the middle floor to the right they have nice large beds with a baloney. I have...

Rang to book a table for lunch on Easter Sunday for 2 of us. The girl who answered the phone didn't know how to book us in as she said she was still learning and had only been there for 3 weeks! She passed our details onto the manager who emailed us the menu the very next day and asked...

Thank you for your feedback Susan, My apologies for what appears to be a miscommunication. We were more than happy to serve you lunch on Sunday, however we did have a large booking which cancelled in the restaurant resulting in a few tables left. On speaking to the other guests on that day we advised that there would be smaller...

We just fancied a night away from the kids. Somewhere local but that we could relax. Only criteria was air conditioning. We booked through Expedia. We arrived and checked in fine. When we got to the room we found no air con. We rang down and were told there wasn't air con in the hotel. The lady at the desk...

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Emma who had remembered that she took my booking!! Now that's service considering it had been the month before!! Our room was absolutely fine. They just hadn't set up the sofa bed for our son, but this was sorted with no issue. We had a few drinks in the bar, which I've...

We travelled up from devon to see friends in the midlands area. This was an online booking and was booked this afternoon. When we arrived we were greeted with what seemed like a country house hotel.
