I've been here last month! I really enjoyed my stay with you! Amazing food, amazing room and lovely pub/restaurant! The best part of the hotel are the people, always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them! Especially the Italian girl, I didn't get the name, she was always smiling even if it was really busy she didn't get...

Dear jwT8224DD, Thank you for your review. I am reading a lot more repeat guest comments that tells me their stay is just as good, if not better and I am ever so pleased that it is the same for you. Next time I'll look for a place to stay with friendly staff, no information was made available about what to do in the area, no information given about the hotel which was the feature and reason for going. A general lack of interest that they had guests, no body seemed happy and we felt unwelcome. Had to find our own...

Dear Tony B, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you found your stay lacking, and that the staff could have been more helpful. As you can see from reviews below, we are quite known for the friendly, attentive staff, and so I am at a loss. We do have table service for both pub and...

Loved this place and will definitely go back! We stayed at the hotel and ate at the restaurant numerous times. Our room was comfortable and well kitted out with extras in the mini fridge. It was quiet despite overlooking the tiny parking lot. The bathroom was lovely with a rainforest shower. There are absolutely fabulous rooms available directly above the...

A very cold , very expensive room. Room was pretty though. The other luxury double room was very small, with one window opening onto noisy ventilation pipes and the other ( not opening) into hotel reception !

Excellent service from all the staff. Comfortable bedroom and lounge areas. Historical hotel in a very good location for tourists and theatre trips. Car parking not easy but that is no different than many old towns. The hotel directions are very helpful

The White Swan is perfectly located in the centre of Stratford, and yet very quiet. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need: a good selection of tea with milk in the fridge, and a very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and we particularly appreciated the non-hectic atmosphere, often lacking elsewhere.
