I stayed two nights in LIME room. The hotel is very nice and it is located in a very nice village. My room was marvelous with a big bathroom. The only negative points were the view from the room...the reception building and the noise. It was not a quite room, all guests passed to go in their rooms and there...

This is a lovely hotel, quite elegant, very clean and comfortable with very attentive staff. We had Linden room, this overlooked the side street which was not unpleasant and very comfortable with a huge luxurious bathroom. The shower is powerful and the bath tub deep enough for a really good soak. We had a lovely couple of days exploring Stratford-upon-Avon,...

We were given a present of tea for two and we were delighted. We faced the Shakespeare opposite and had fanciful dreams of seeing the next Laurence Oliviers coming and going. Although not up to the standard of The Randolph it was nevertheless imaginatively presented. The service and attention was a bit sluggish and the service bells did not work....

My problem was the bill, which I did not look at closely at the time, but when I got home I noticed...

Stayed one night for a visit to see The Tempest at The Royal Shakespeare Theatre. On a bitterly cold evening grateful for the short 100 metres walk from the hotel to the theatre - Location therefore superb. As for the hotel itself, everyone has said it already - absolutely faultless; dined in and the meal was excellent; breakfast individually cooked;...

Great comfortable hotel over the road from the Royal Shakespeare Company. I usually go for a slightly bigger room which I think is worth it. Staff are friendly and helpful and I recommend eggs benedict on the breakfast menu!

Classy hotel in very good location .All staff friendly & efficient . Food highest standard in elegant dining room. Several comfortable areas to relax . Extra touches eg rosy red apples on silver dish in bedroom ,& departure bag of water & mints appreciated. 5star standard , not all guests want a spa. Would recommend a stay here .
