I stay at this hotel several times a year when visiting my daughter in the area. I love the place and know all the staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in that area.

Whilst the hotel can only be applauded for it's quirky rooms and its creaky floorboards, that's about where it stops! I have dined many times at Loch Fynes over the years but it has proved very hit and miss. The waiters/waitresses seem disinterested and, at times, quite rude. The food is either exceptional or very mediocre. If you are a...

Booking fairly last minute the Loch Fine Hotel was far cheaper than that offered by others in Kenilworth. The staff were very welcoming to what feels more like a B&B than a small chain run hotel, and were knowledgeable about the local shops and attractions. Just a few minutes drive, or a pleasant ten minute walk through the parks of...

So, their speciality is fish, but you don't really expect the whole restaurant to smell like the hold of a trawler. There are are few alternatives if you can stomach the sight and smell of the fish. Kind of accepted it for dinner, but the smell in the restaurant prevented me from eating breakfast during my stay in the hotel....

Excellent value bed and breakfast for Christmas night into Boxing day. Best value b and b we have had in last 5 years! Friendly, helpful staff, we had Christmas lunch which was very good, not usually a fan of restaurant roasts but Turkey dinner was great. Breakfast was good too, nice choice of hot dishes and the usual fruits and...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting friends in the area. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We didn't take breakfast as we had to leave early the next day, however, it was included in the rate and great value.

We stayed last Saturday night. Sunday breakfast was a big let-down. I mailed the following message to the address I was given by the reception. Sent on Monday - no reply by Wednesday evening. --- Please check your records and you’ll see my wife and I have been repeated visitors at your hotel over many years. We have always looked...

Stayed here for one night ahead of a meeting in Birmingham. Good location with a couple of pubs nearby which looked to be decent. The hotel itself is Ok but nothing better. The bed is very comfy but there was too much noise both internally with the creaky floorboards when other guests walked past room and externally from traffic and...

An annual stopover to meet up with old friends. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn but were put off by the high prices they were charging because the hotel was nearly full. Did us a favour really as we managed to get rooms at The Loch Fyne (Milsoms) Hotel. A very comfortable cosy hotel with nice rooms en suite....
