      Excellent service

      This was a pretty standard business hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. They have very soft beds and also apparently good eco-friendly practices. The service was just great--the front desk staff really went out of their way. Thank you!

      Quiet and comfortable

      I'd stay here again! The breakfasts are very good, although the restaurant was very busy for most of my stay. Very convenient for the centre of Newcastle. The only drawback was the price of the car park!

      Amazing staff fantastic with our autistic soo Keith friendly staff so attentive

      Stayed for one night amazing staff friendly staff to our son who is autistic made us feel welcome I think the management of reception came into the bar introduced himself asked Keith his name and mum and dad's great touch

      Amazing staff and hospitality

      We arrived at 4.15am after being transfered by easyjet due to a cancelled flight.  The gentleman on reception was welcoming, sympathetic and extremily helpful and made sure we got a room swiftly. The room was large, nice bathroom and airy. Most comfortable hotel bed ive...More

      Full of stag and hen dos and no air con either!

      Stayed here over a weekend. Hotel full of hen and stag dos with the obligatory singing at 3am which unless you were on the top floor like we were you would have to suffer Rooms small but clean but no air con at all so...More

      I would advise that the hotel is a 10 minute walk into the centre of town where all the Pubs and clubs are located.
