We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was very well organised and we had a lovely meal where Andrew made sure we had everything we needed. He was very kind and funny. Hayley on reception was also really lovely.

Myself and my friend accidental went into the restaurant instead of Starbucks. The staff need to "back off" a bit. I understand that the situation at the minute is horrible for everyone, but we were ordered about and shouted at with "instructions" and made to feel stupid in front of people who were already sat in there. We are not dogs in training. How anyone could eat in that atmosphere is beyond me. A bit of respect please!

Jenny and I are members of the gym and would only have positive things to say about the whole team. Julie, Amanda, Andrew etc. are all brilliant. Rob in Starbucks is such a friendly barista and knows both of our regular coffee orders. He always puts us in a good mood and his positive outlook always starts the day off well. Keep up the good work Village Newcastle!

Have stayed at the hotel a few times lovely stay so clean and such a great hotel for the price leisure facilities are also fab was previously a member of the gym here. Also popped in for a Starbucks today when I was passing with my two young daughters and received the most amazing service! The barista who I think was called rob was so friendly he could see how excited the girls were and correctly guessed it was their first Starbucks , he took time to go through all of the different drinks they might like and recommend a caramel Frappuccino which the girls loved. He made such a fuss of them and they have now asked to go every Friday to use some of their pocket money there. Think he has made two new customers for life. Such a lovely guy there was also a girl chatting to them too who was so friendly and kind but didn’t catch her name.

Great health club facilities followed by a very pleasant lunch. A £20 food voucher ensured excellent value. The dining experience was well organized, tables appropriately spaced, very clean with timely and friendly service.
