A short break. Good hotel, lovely staff, but spoiled a bit by being asked to pay extra to use the leisure facilities. Excellent breakfast and all staff helpful. A bit tricky to get to and to find in the dark.

Staff didn't know how to apologise - for continued failing or room key cards (had to return to reception for re-coding EVERY time I left my room), and for lift not working. On both fronts, the customer (me) was right. Location is terrible for Newcastle centre and around £12 each way for an Uber, ok if you're having meetings somewhere...

Despite there being a constant flow of people through this hotel, it has good soundproofed rooms. The buffet breakfast was great. The jacuzzis however were the same temperature as the swimming pool, so not warm enough to really enjoy. Very comfy beds and clean room/bathroom though!

The room was quite stuff and I couldn't open the window and there were doors banging during the night which made it hard to sleep. Bar food was fine but breakfast was very good. There was no toothpaste available from reception as I'd forgotten mine and due to the hotel location there was no shop nearby to get some which...

This is my first review from several visits over the last couple of years. The hotel itself is situated just off the A19 beside the Quorum business park. This provides good links to North and South of the tyne and anywhere along the north east coastline. There is a pub, restaurant and Starbucks all offering food and drinks and are...

Good reception, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. This hotel hosts stag and parties, also weddings, so could be noisy at times- if you weren't involved. One look at the large car park is a good indication of the popularity of this hotel.

My experience of the hotel was really positive except for the sleep I got. The staff were friendly and the amenities good, food great but I got a really bad sleep due to the noise coming from the room above me. The people weren't being noisy but the floor creaked badly when they moved around.

Clean tidy met all my demands well. Gym facilities where 1st class. Bit pricey at £150 a night but priced inflated due the Magic weekend. Near enough to Newcastle but also far enough away to relax. Would recommend

Daughters wedding reception at the Village, was excellent in all aspects. The main room where the meal & speeches took place was like a dream, like nothing seen before. The music was top class, the beer lovely but a bit expensive but a one off.
