Good overall apart from being asked to turn TV down when level was on one of the lowest settings (level 3 of 30). Could barely hear it in bed (and yes I have perfect hearing)Either rooms are not soundproofed appropriately or I'm going deaf as could barely hear TV in bed ...very annoying

The staff at the Starbucks are superb! They are warm, friendly and always smiling with a special shoutout to Rob who never fails to have me leaving with a smile, no matter my current work stress levels. The place is always cozy, clean and well stocked. If you are around I definitely recommend popping in and experiencing the fantastic atmosphere...

Some rooms looking worn, ask for refurbished room, also ask for room not disturbed by party music if you're not partying and want an early night. Its clean and tidy staff are excellent, breakfast is buffet service and is fine, not great value for money at the price I paid look out for discounts. Note! - Sleep quality only rated...

I am a regular visitor to the village hotel which i use primarily for Starbuck as well as for food in the restaurant. I would like to draw your attention to a first class member of staff, who works on reception called Anne. Every time we visit there is always a friendly welcoming smile and Anne is always very approachable...

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Pleasant staff. Plenty of amenities. Very good links to town centre - 20 minutes by bus (right outside door of hotel). Massive car park which is free. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay. A busy hotel with a nice atmosphere, seemed to be lots of orioles coming and going all the time! Swimming pool, bar, restaurant and Starbucks all good! Had a great stay...modern rooms, nice TV!

Hotel was decent. Would not bother paying for an upgraded room. Not worth it at all. An expresso machine, branded shower gel and a larger TV isn't worth it. Wouldn't stay here again as it's not handy to the city

we booked a double room and were offered an upgrade at a nominal fee between £1 and £14...we selected £11 for a club room which was accepted. However, the club rooms facing the back of the hotel are no bigger than standard rooms. We were moved to a club room overlooking the car park, front facing and this was much...
