Stayed here for the first time this weekend. Was impressed with the check in facilities but not that the lift was out of order and also that the main male toilets were being used for females and that the males needed to use a portacabin outside in the car park of the hotel. Staff were friendly in all areas of...

We stayed at the hotel where we were attending a retirement and birthday party. It was a pleasant visit and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely as we didn't have trime to visit the spa which looked very inviting.

Didn't enjoy my stay here, a few issues but as I only paid £35 for a club room I may have expected to much. On arrival the hotel has no reception just a bank of ipads to check yourself in. Lots of people checking in and 1 member of staff to help out. Ok if you have stayed before but...

Mobile toilets outside, reception system that doesn't work and now the single lift has stopped working too. Service is hit and miss, some staff very good while others appear untrained. Sports bar has lots of TVs (if thats your thing) and beds are comfortable.Experience worth much less than they charge.

Only negative I can say is there are no plugs in the changing rooms for straighteners etc which was inconvenient on the last day of our stay...

Great hotel with friendly staff. Brilliant to have a startbucks on site but would have liked to have been able to use my SB app as had pre loaded this. Still, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
