This hotel is ideally located within walking distance from the railway station and main shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were really friendly , rooms are spacious with complementary drinks and snacks provided . Breakfast is of high standard and the restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced .

Never stayed at a Hotel Indigo before so decided to stay for 2 nights over the August Bank Holiday weekend and would thoroughly recommend it.Hotel was just amazing from start to finish. This obviously started at Check-In and the staff could not have been any more pleasant. Our room was ready early and we were really impressed! no scuff marks... More

Both my partner and I stayed here for the bank holiday weekend. We have stayed in Newcastle a few times and we had hearnt about Hotel Indigo on previous trips so we decided to give it a try. Firstly, town centre parking at £12 for 24 hours is fabulous however, the spaces are horrendously small; they're a nightmare to get... More

I am normally picky when it comes to staying at hotels around Newcastle but I have to say, this is definitely the best hotel I have stayed at so far. Although the price is of the high end compared to other hotels in Newcastle, you definitely get your values worth. The receptionist and who I assume the manager provide superb... More

Tucked away in a very convenient place. Modern, easy to use. Great staff. Well-appointed, groovy rooms with very comfortable beds (at last!). The public space is a bit cramped (the bar is effectively part of the reception area) but the cocktail menus is good and of course the restaurant is outstanding. Top breakfast too.

Clean, well maintained, modern hotel, in the city centre. Very helpful staff, especially on the front desk who obviously know their city and everything it has to offer. Food choice good at both dinner and breakfast. Room had everything, with nice finishing touches such as treats in the fridge at no extra charge. Brilliant position, two minutes from station. Close... Hotel Indigo would be a definite return venue for me and my family. The designs and the high spec decor and furnishings and attention to detail was exemplary! The ensuite shower rooms were clean and pleasant smelling with luxury accessories and toiletries. There were free snacks and water (carbonated and still) in a small fridge in the wardrobe along with... More
