We stayed at the Jesmond on a Saturday evening with friends celebrating our anniversaries. Check in was smooth and no problems. When we got to the room first impressions were ok, room was small , bathroom good size which was wet room. On closer inspection towel rail in bathrrom wasnt fully wired in so not working, radiator in room was...

On first arriving the premises looks nice and the reception area and stairs to the rooms is clean modern but that's where it ends. The rooms are tiny more like a b&b than a hotel with a smaller really badly designed wet room. To use the toilet you have to sit an angle with no leg room and the heated...

Lovely and warm on such a cold winter's day. Room small yet comfortable, excellent WiFi and very nice breakfast including hot options which we weren't expecting. A great location for the buzzing nightlife of Jesmond and only 15 mins walk into the city centre for some great shopping, galleries, cafes and a lovely stroll along the quayside. Recommended as a...

This price is too expensive for an accommodation like a hostel (it is not better and more expensive then the hostel I have been). The bathroom is made similar with NHS hospital bathroom (main flushing button cover is missing too!). The bed frame is very builder made (not bespoke bed). The mattress is very cheap made that I felt like...

Room was small but adequate for a single night , bed was very comfortable. Walking in wet room was okay buy just a little strange that you have to put your shoes on to use the...

we had a small triple room with breakfast included. We found the hotel good value for money, clean and particularly polite reception staff. We made use of the free parking at the rear of the hotel. The room we had was at the front of the property a little noisy with light pollution as well but the blinds proved adequate....

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy rooms filthy public / common area. Room states small double but should be listed as a single. Staff were never at reception, we were never asked if everything was ok. I was expecting minimal for a budget hotel but to be given a room without a working toilet flush is a...

Nice clean hotel in a good location for bars and restaurants and 5 minute walk from the Metro. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and beans if you want something hot. No lift which could be an issue if you had poor mobility and were on the 4th floor as we were. Really friendly helpful staff. Room quite small with wet...
