I stayed here over the last few years and enjoyed the usual excellent service again over the last few months. Returning to work after a severe road accident and months in hospital, it was like home from home; but better. No fears staying away from home so much from me as a result. Caring staff ensure all your needs are...

My partner booked a superior double room for a birthday treat, check in was quick and we were given the imformation we needed. On first impressions the room looked great but then we noticed dust on top of the pictures,on the mirrors and other fixtures around the room. Also damage to some of the furniture ie chunk out of bedside table,...

We booked a standard room in the hotel. We given room 223 The room was a bit dated and there was gaps in the carpet where it seemed to have been cut and replaced (badly) at some point. The carpet was orange and brown checkerboard which made the room feel really dated. The worst of it was the matress on...

I stayed here with my family in 2 rooms in November and won't be returning, albeit I ate at Scallions earlier in the month whilst treating my youngest daughter who is studying at Newcastle, which was decidedly average and overpriced, but had already booked the rooms. The car parking instructions from a senior member of staff cost me a ticket...

Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff. Bedrooms were lovely and cosy! Beds were comfy. Not too far from anywhere metro was a 5 minute walk and taxis to town were about £7. Only downside was that the spa treatments weren't really on off and the rooms were quite dark. Overall though a beautiful stay.

Six of us stayed in two triple rooms which were a great size and really comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. Only thing that could have been improved was the shower which was ok but lacked power, but that was a really minor thing. Great bar downstairs and really nice and quiet upstairs despite that. Would def recommend.

Staff on arrival were pleasant my room personally wasn't the nicest the shower curtain was disgusting all stained and discoloured at the bottom, the duvet cover was also stained, the shower barely worked, was either too hot or freezing and it dripped not enough pressure. We were sat at the bar having a quiet drink as we were on a...

Recently stayed at the Ne Northumbria after booking direct with them. When I called I asked if they were disabled friendly and was told they were. On arrival there were no ramps build into the entrances. The only ramp at a door was at the fire exit which was alarmed. There are no rooms on the ground floor which has...

Fantastic location, right above the best bar in Jesmond (Osbornes) - can't beat it's happy hour. 5 minute taxi/20 minute walk into town - only a few minutes walk to West Jesmond metro station. The room was clean and serviced on the second day. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only 2 suggestions for improvement - the lighting...
