This hotel in New Bridge Street / right by the Oxford was so disappointing that I couldn't believe it was a premier inn. The service was Ok and no complaints there - the room was clean and comfortable enough if a little on the small side. However it was the general run down feeling of the place. The common areas...

Clean and comfortable. Central location. All you need for a Premier Inn. Very good value for money. The breakfast was very good. Walking distance from the quayside and shops and restaurants. We had a meal at Jamie's Italian which we thought was excellent value for money.

Central and easy to get to from Monument Metro stop. Basic room and quite small but good value. The usual Premier Inn you know what you will get. But a goods night sleep is not guaranteed if your room overlooks the very busy main road. Traffic and sirens most of the night. I appreciate that is not in the hotels...

This is clean, tidy and reasonably priced city centre accommodation. Pleasant, helpful reception staff and more than adequate breakfast selection. Have stayed here several times to attend concerts as it's only about a 10 minute walk into town and there's a huge car park attached. Overnight parking is free until 8am and the hotel will provide a parking ticket for...

Great location in the city centre but this means parking is expensive. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We were given a high floor which was quiet. Lower floors are for the stag and hen party crowd the receptionist advised - no surprise as this is Newcastle! Our room was very small, just enough room for the large comfy bed...

The Hotel Staff were very helpful but the hotel itself compared to all the other Premier Inns was in need of an upgrade. The rooms were clean and the bed was of the usual standard but we have been to others recently which were modern and newly refurbished!

A perfectly pleasant Premier Inn in a good location, albeit slightly spoiled by the view from our room of a building site! That apart, no major complaints. Despite some of the reviews on here, we didn't find our room cramped at all and it was also pleasantly quiet considering the number of stag and hen parties and football fans staying...

Stayed last weekend with my boyfriend and our other friends who are also a couple. We all had a lovely time Newcastle it is really good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. It is also in a great location you can actual walk to the club's and back. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were there to see James Morrison at City Hall. Check in was easy. Staff were lovely. The bed was huge!!! Loved it. No noise during the night. Bathroom tiny, but good enough! Didn't have breakfast. Ideal location for a night in the Toon. Would definitely staff again
