Many thanks for your detailed review, following your stay during the European Rugby Finals weekend. I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay overall, with particular regard to the comfort and cleanliness of your bedroom. We are in the process of refurbishing our bathrooms at present, with the first 6 rooms completed on 10 May. This 1st phase of 15 rooms has been completed as a trial specification, and it is planned to continue this further within the hotel. Your feedback is appreciated, and I hope we may have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon. Best regards, Ken Ellington, General Manager
