Fantastic afternoon tea on terrace which not only catered for my gluten free requirements but surpassed my expectations. The prosecco for my daughter's birthday was a lovely added touch and the charming serving staff made the experience memorable.

We booked this hotel for 2 days for a birthday celebration. I have spent much of the last 30 years staying in hotels - 6 years with the Red Arrows followed by 20 years as a pilot with Virgin but I have never experienced anything like this. First impressions are that this hotel is very new - turns out it... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on business trip. Asked for quiet room and got one. Maybe because the rooms next to me were unoccupied? Mine was a smallish room but quite well appointed. Had a roller blind on the window which made an awful racket when being retracted. Disappointed to see that no bars of soap available. I know this... More

We stayed here one night whilst visiting family. On arrival there was clearly a wedding going on, no problem with that. Our room was a good size, nice bathroom and a comfy bed. Rubbish view but that's not why we went. Check in was quick. Parking however was horrendous and very expensive. Not even discounted if you're a hotel guest.... More

Great hotel. Great ,helpful staff. The spa was on the small side but will be better when renovations are finished . Very pricey. A coca cola and a glass of red wine come to £14!!! Staff were very friendly.

Wanted a night out in Guildford so looked online for a cheapish hotel. Came across this one and we were blown away. Have lived near Guildford for nearly twenty years and have been to town countless times but have never seen this hotel before. Thankfully we have now!! As I pulled up, the huge glass windows inside the hotel reveal... More

Great hotel stayed last week and would recommend to others. Business visit for 3 nights. Modern rooms with comfortable bed, lots of extras that are not found at other hotels, staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue I found was I got billed £2.48 for a can of coke that was from a multipack ( do not sell separately... More

Few things need improvement at Guildford's Habour Hotel: Firstly, this was the quickest check-in in my life and seriously lacked knowledge, informations and help. I was basically just handed a key and not explained about any of the services of the hotel: Spa, breakfast (where? Timings?)... In this category of hotel, one would expect a bit more. Secondly, I was... More

We booked an overnight stay via Secret Escapes and it is a very nice Hotel, the food was good and staff pleasant, BUT be sure to read the 'small pint' when booking. We had a deal for bed and breakfast on a Sunday and as the Hotel had a swimming pool and sauna just assumed guests had free access. However,... More
