We enjoyed the valentine's night event this week - the food was beautifully cooked and presented and the staff were friendly, efficient and looked after us very well. The meal was extremely good value and we will certainly be going back another evening

Upstanding Customer Service, excellent food and a wonderful location, this pub is an absolute all rounder!! Booked with our elderly grandmother, and they went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We had booked online, and had specific requirements for our grandmother, all of which were met. The staff were...

I stayed at the Plough for 1 night before a Business meeting in Dorking. Sat nav found the place very easily, through the fog, although be aware, it's on a narrow road, climbing up a hill which I didn't know existed in the South! On arrival, the place was warm and welcoming. The bedrooms have recently been refurbished and that...

Popped in for a quick drink after a dog walk on Leith Hill and was amazed how much better it looked than before. What a lovely pub, will definitely be going back for a meal at some point. The whole atmosphere was so much more friendly and welcoming than before.

Our first time here for quite a few years, and since the new management took over. What an improvement! Our initial contact was at the recently opened village stores, managed by the mother of the couple who manage (own?) the pub. Great coffee, provided by local roasters Coffee Real, and a host of other artisan food and drink from suppliers...

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The location is stunning. Right near Leith hill and in the Surrey Hills you feel in the middle of nowhere, despite being a10 minute drive from Dorking. The rooms were very clean and modern with traditional decor. The view from the front rooms in the morning was amazing. The pub itself is very...

I stayed one night in the beautiful hotel, very good rooms, just refurbished and very comfortable. We enjoyed an evening meal, a fantastic breakfast and lunch the following day. They brew their own beer on site, top marks all round.
