If you want a really good B & B 5mins walk into the center of Lavenham, look no further. We stayed in the garden room with its own little garden looking out onto a pony paddock. The room and en-suite had all you could need. (Good natural bedding) We didn't have a full English but there was a lovely plate of... More

This is how all bed and breakfasts should be. A super location, spotlessly clean and perfect hosts. We stayed in the Garden room, which included its own outside space with a nice table and chairs, looking over a paddock, where we could watch the rabbits in the field. Barry and Marylin made us feel truly welcome and provide a perfect... More

Delightfully located just on the edge of Lavenham, just ten minutes gentle stroll from the town centre, this welcoming and spotlessly clean four star B&B is surrounded by peaceful Suffolk countryside. Our room was amazing with good furniture, a comfortable double bed, well stocked hospitality tray, wall mounted TV, and ensuite bathroom. French doors opened on to our private patio... More

We stayed overnight here whilst attending a wedding in the area. What a lovely location! The B&B was very easy to find and convenient. The room was spotless! Lovely and clean and cosy. Absolutely perfect! The owners were nice and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, they'd put on a fantastic spread. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place, and I would... More

Nice overnight stay for a nearby family wedding. Good sized room with everything we needed and really nice breakfast in the morning, loved the fresh fruit plate as well as full English. Very happy and would definitely stay again. Only downside - nothing to do with the b&b - was that the taxi we booked charged us £23 for a... More

Stopped here for one night for a local wedding. It was clean and friendly and if you are into horses there are some beauty's here. Had a lovely breakfast that we walked off round the beautiful historic village. Very good value. Nothing to do with the B & B but the local taxi charged £10 for a 2.2 mile journey,... More

Very warm welcome on arrival & shown to our lovely en suite room. Spotlessly clean & nice thoughtful touches such as cotton wool provided! Very peaceful location. Fresh milk provided - much nicer than sachets. Great breakfast with lots of choice, especially good to have fresh fruit offered. Would return!

I stayed at the Farm in the middle of February. As soon as I entered the bedroom I felt the warmth and it was very cosy with a lovely bed and decorated in blue and white. Large bathroom too, in fact the whole place looked like it had been freshly decorated. The windows look out onto fields and ponies. The... More

We stayed at Brett Farm B&B for one night for a family event. The room was spotless, very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was also a good size with plenty of light. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety available - cooked breakfast, toast, cereal and a lovely plate of fresh fruit, which was a very nice touch.... More
