The duration of our stay was Friday 30th December 2016 - 2nd January 2017. On arrival we were greeted by a young boy in a wooly beanie hat, who we assume was a member of staff possibly the night porter. There is a lack of uniformed staff and all staff are unidentifiable as nobody wears a name badge. You asked...

We had to visit family at short notice prior to Christmas and were extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good and overall it ticked all the boxes. Very reasonably priced and only a short walk into Bury St Edmunds Town Centre. Will definitely choose to stay...

Had an amazing time on New Year's Eve, the staff were fantastic, Beckie and the team made us feel very welcome and no problem was too small, the hotel was very clean and our room was extremely spacious which is exactly what you need for a family of five! The only thing that could slightly improve the hotel was the...

I booked an overnight stay here in a double room. The room was comfortable, and the chap on reception (late on a friday night) was very friendly and helpful. It's about £7-£10 in a cab from Bury central, but an easy walk too, so well-located. I would happily book in here again, I thought it was good value for money...

We booked the hotel for Christmas Day as we were spending Christmas with relatives close by. We arrived early to the hotel to be told that we couldn't check in early which was perfectly fine, but we were then told that we couldn't even leave our bags at the hotel as there was only one member of staff working. I...

The reception staff were very friendly - which was helpful as there were no phones in the rooms so had to see them if anything was needed. I would recommend you request a room away from the road as traffic is fairly close to hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was very good - but no...

I loved my stay at this hotel, was splendid. Me and my wife loved this place the moment we walked in. Humza was a great help always ready to go that extra mile for us. You don't see that in today's time. He was very polite and super efficient, catering to all our needs. Thank you to Humza and the...

Rooms were not as good as expected but excellent service provided by staff made the overall experience very pleasant. All staff were very polite and helpful including manager Izzy, however receptionist Hamza was exceptional in hospitality provided. My family and I all felt very welcomed.
