Very easy to find and well placed for access to Tyneside, Teeside and the coast down to Whitby. Cheap but excellent value. Supermarket in easy walking distance though probably need a car for easy access to Middlesboro' and other big shopping complexes. Lots of parking.

Upon arrival looks quite unassuming on an industrial estate but in the confines of the place there is a garden area of sorts an outdoor garden room, benches and enough greenery to make the outer road network appear less grey. The rooms are very clean and tidy and have everything you need for an overnight short stay in the area.... More

Booked for one night after finding a cheap price. On arrival the place looked like a warehouse but on the inside it seemed very different. The room was decent size for 2 people with large freeview tv(bonus) a kettle, tea&coffees + hairdryer which need to be on a hooked on the wall rather than shelf or left hanging(when we arrived) toilets/shower... Based in an industrial estate. About 15 mins taxi journey from local entertainment complex for food etc. For the price you don't expect much, the rooms were small and basic but appeared clean. Beds were comfortable. The communal toilets were reminiscent of airplane toilets being built into the wall and modular. However if your are traveling through like I was... More

We stayed here on Saturday 23rd April 2016 as i was taking part in the Stockton Duathlon the next day. Plenty of car parking. Pleasant staff. Adequate room with a big large Tv and plenty of tea and coffee. We got a good nights sleep and the lass on reception was lovely. We only paid 27 quid for one night,... More

For those who've been to France this place is an ex Formule1 hotel, so you know what to expect. If you haven't, it's a "module" hotel, compact identical rooms,a double bed and bunk with a washbasin and (big) TV.Toilets and showers outside room. You won't get a hotel experience but you will get somewhere to crash on your journey. The room... More

Have given this hotel a 2 as the staff were ok. Rooms were poor with mould in the corner. Communal shower and toilet, this mattress, ripped duvet covers and some unsightly stains on the wall near the beds (don't even want to imagine what it might be!) I wouldn't stay again and I wouldn't recommend for families...maybe stop overs for... More
