Arrived on a foggy dark evening prior to a trip to Drayton Manor. Easy to find on one side of the A38 carriageway. Seemed a little risky pulling out onto the A38 when leaving the hotel but I believe there is alternative access via the back lanes. Rooms were fine, clean, quite big. Surprised to be given an actual key...

As usual this Premier Inn was clean and tidy .. the staff were welcoming and pleasant .. the evening girl was a new and a bit shy but we all have a shell to come out of at some stage. The only negative was the room was a bit cold and the heating not hyper efficient. It was very cold...

The facilities at the hotel are great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is easy access but not the best if you intend to get taxis as this may prove costly. Well worth a look at for a place to stay

from our arrival to our departure we were treated extremely well by all staff and the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent - great food and service at all times - by far our favourite Premier Inn

For our anniversary we decided to spend the weekend in Lichfield. This place was ideal as being only 15 minutes away by car allowed us to pop in and out with ease. It is quiet location off straight off the A road.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. As usual, excellent. Staff were ALL helpful/Polite and could have not done more to assist. Room was warm/quiet and very clean. Will certainly stay here again. The only down side is the pub next door (Fradley Arms). Very disappointing, needs a refurb, although staff were helpful. Christmas Day...

Stayed for one night. This is one of the older Premier Inns and is in need of some updating. Close to the A38 traffic can be noisy. Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant is not run by PI would advise that you give it a miss. Service was slow for evening meal and quality of food average at best....

Booked three rooms at this hotel on Saturday night. We had a lovely warm and friendly welcome from the reception staff and although it is an old style Premier Inn, the rooms were comfortable, clean and the beds superb as always. The morning staff again were very friendly as were the staff at the Fradley Arms next door where we...
