We stayed for three nights - with some trepidation after reading some of the reviews on TA (after we'd made our booking), but we needn't have worried. Yes, the place could do with some money being spent on it and our shower showed signs of mould on the tiling grout, but it's an old place and I suspect that to... More

What a lovely place to stay, I enjoyed my time here. The atmosphere is special. Being close to the White Well, Chalice Garden, Tor and short walk into Glastonbury made it ideal. Relaxing and rejuvenating. I stayed in a small single room and shared a bathroom, clean and comfortable. It was near the kitchen which people use at anytime, this... More

Lovely place to stay, next to the chalice well and right next to the tor. Clean, well kept. Highly recommended. I've stayed here a couple of times with my partner and will definitely return. Bit of a walk to the village but also quiet. Ideal for a long weekend or longer stay

Berachah is one of my favourite places to stay at in the world - at the foot of the Tor and overlooking the Chalice gardens. The lilac room is a perfect size for couples with its own fridge and patio where you can sit outside and enjoy the view and some snacks. The kitchen area also offers stunning views and... More

Just returned from Berachah, Glastonbury and cannot sing it's praises enough! A quirky and beautiful house at the bottom of the Tor, with magical views over the Vale of Avalon, including Chalice Well. We stayed in the Pink Room, which is twin bedded, with patio doors out onto your own little terrace complete with table and chairs. The room has... More

We arrived later than we wanted to because of our flight and then renting a car. What a glorious drive from Bristol Airport though. I was blown away by the miles of English countryside, rolling farm land, and the most charming archways of trees and hedgerows along the roads. The beauty was indisputable. The speed of traffic was terrifying and... More

I stayed in the Lilac room which has a veranda overlooking the Chalice gardens. It was so peaceful to be there, and the views from the kitchen and garden outside were breathtaking. We enjoyed the comfortable guest lounge, with its variety of books, many by Dione Fortune, who had a Temple on the site of the house before WW2. It... More

I stayed in the Green Room. The carpet was filthy and there was a smell of damp and mould from the ensuite bathroom, where the paint and wallpaper had cracked and was coming off the walls. The toilet didn't flush properly. The light in the shower wasn't working. I asked the owner about this in the morning and she said... More
