Stayed two nights in the front bedroom which had the most comfortable bed. The location is excellent, a short level walk to the train station and the centre of Bath. Nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgable on the area and the cooked breakfast was wonderful.

Located a level five minute walk from City Centre. Whilst the rooms and dining area are not spacious the breakfast is excellent and the owner is very friendly. You also get a parking permit. Have made return visits and will continue to do so. Recommended.

Great location, just 5 minute walk into town centre. Yvonne and Paul were very charming and chatted with my wife and I as if we had known each other for years. The ground floor double room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was a little on the small side. There are free drinks facilities and biscuits in the room....
