We were very happy with the service we received at Roban House. Very clean, quiet, tasty breakfast and good location. We were glad there were only three rooms as we had hoped to find a peaceful place. The bed sheets need mentioning as it was a great pleasure getting into bed and feeling the smooth linen on one's skin.

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The owners were very attentive to details and helped me make the most of my stay in Bath. Great food for breakfast, very clean and quiet. Most comfortable bed and superb bed linen.

I would call it a retreat as throughout my stay I had total silence, did not hear or see anyone other than at breakfast, which was great and freshly cooked, and when I had reflexology, reiki and shiatsu treatment from Anna. She sorted out all my aches and pains. It was real bliss, recommend the guest house and the treatments... More

I stayed at this B&B for four days whilst visiting my daughter, who is ill, for a few days. Whilst the room and the house themselves are great, they are most definitely not worth the 110GBP I paid per night. The owner was very controlling, breathing down my neck to make sure nothing was eaten or drunk in the rooms.... More

This review is full of inaccuracies and I would like to refresh the writer’s memory of the factual events which took place. Firstly, it was not Anastasia (an 18-24 old female from whose Tripadvisor’s address this review was written) who stayed with us, it was her mother Martine (in her late 50s) who stayed for three, not four, nights. Martine... More

Very attentive staff, nothing thing was a problem. Helped us in many ways as we were very tired after travelling through the mainland Europe and wanted peace and quiet. We are greatful for getting just that and more help and assistance. Superb bed, great breakfast, very good location and very clean. If we are again in Bath this is where... More

Great breakfast, very clean and welcoming with lots of laughter. Close to Gpt an excellent eating spot. All close to all the attractions but far enough from noisy city centre. You've never seen city that small! Whatever you do don't take a car to Bath!

Owner Paul who did the check-in, is a friendly person. He gave us all the information and help we asked for. The next morning though we got to know his partner, the Irish woman. She turned into a real ..... when we showed up ten minutes late for breakfast. She treated us like we were two bad children. Besides that... More

Really friendly staff, great food and attention to detail. Slept very well and were well looked after. We were given a discout card which saved us quite a bit of money in local restaurants and attractions. Located in short distance to the centre and all points of interest. Would stay there again and would recommend it highly.

That's the best b&b ever! Anna, the lady who is in charge is so very helpful and nice. Breakfast was the best!!! Everything is very clean and the beds are comfy and clean. If I am ever coming back, this is the place I would like to book. It is kinda easy to get to the centre of Bath too.

Had a few days off and decided on a cultural break in Bath. Spledid city, only a mile walk from one end to the other of the whole city. Couldn't get enough of it. Especially when getting comfortable bed, good breakfast and welcome. Very nice bed linen, parking permit and not far from the centre. Plenty of very good restaurants,... More
