Travelers' Choice
On one of the grandest streets in Bath, set in three Georgian townhouses you will find No.15. While you'll find many historic hotels in Bath, there aren't any like No.15. Our 36 bedrooms are individually-designed with a supremely comfortable night's sleep in mind, while also being spaces you'll want to spend lots of time in. Captivating collections, statement art and ambient lighting all help to create a truly unique experience. The Restaurant is the perfect backdrop for a relaxing dinner, while The Bar – which serves up creative cocktails and wonderful wines from across the globe – becomes a big focus after dark. Sybarites will also be keen to note that we have a one-of-a-kind spa hidden beneath the pavements. To be found in a peaceful residential area in Bath, we’re just a short stroll from the all the city's boutiques, restaurants and cultural highlights.

This hotel was nice and located in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the sights of Bath. However, our rooms were located outside of the main hotel building. As senior travelers, it was a bit of a struggle to get our luggage to and from our rooms and there were stairs up to our rooms. The pantry in this building was a nice feature, but if you struggle with stairs, it would be difficult to access. Perhaps managing within the main building would be easier as the main building has elevators. The afternoon tea deserved the glowing review it received in the New York Times…just wonderful!

Based upon a recommendation from a friend, we booked a night at Guest House No. 15 while staying in Bath - it did not disappoint! The hotel was beautiful and quirky in its decorations. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so thoughtfully staffed with drinks, snacks, and records. The room was thoughtfully arranged with convenient charging spots, and everything we needed for a comfy stay. We enjoyed the fresh-baked treats in the pantry and greatly enjoyed the deep tissue massages we had the morning of our departure. We loved our stay and will be back again on our next visit to Bath.

Absolutely perfect place for rest and relaxation, with every detail attended to. The service in all areas (bar, restaurants, spa, desk) was top notch, friendly and attentive. The whimsical but classy decor highlights the historic architecture and luxury, while also making you feel welcome and comfortable. I would especially recommend to those traveling internationally that need a place to recover from jet lag. The location is walking distance to everything but still manages to maintain quiet indoors and a relaxing "out of the city" feel overall. The spa in the basement has every treatment for relaxation and they do an amazing job. There are added perks that we didn't know about until we checked in: a record player in your room with access to a full library of vinyl and an open 24 hour "pantry" with free snacks perfect for late night hunger and for those with jet lag who are often hungry when nothing else is open. And parking, which is hard to find in Bath! They do accept some pets, which we love, but that does mean that our room had some carpet stains, but those of us who travel frequently with pets are probably used to that. it was still clean and fresh.

Wonderful place to stay. the beds are very comfortable and the view is lovely. I felt like I was in a Jane Austin novel. The staff goes the extra mile to make your visit happy. I do not remember when I have had such great service. the bar food and breakfasts are delicious.

I had the best nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was the nicest en-suite I have seen in a hotel for a long time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend No 15.

Two nights in room 22. Quite possibly the most expensive very, very small room we’ve ever stayed in. £648.02 for two nights, not including breakfast, parking or the spa The room was too small for a wardrobe, or drawers so nowhere to put your clothes. There is no safe so absolutely nowhere to store valuables. There’s around 30cm between the bed and the wall, which is where the curtain sits, so you have to fight with the curtain in a very small space to get out of either side of the bed…. You have to quite literally wriggle down the bed to get out of it from the bottom. We have visited the hotel numerous times before (before new management) and have never had such a small room before. Would I stay here again? Sadly definitely not

We stayed here for my 40th birthday and can genuinely say it was the best experience we've ever had in a hotel! From the moment we booked, the customer service was exemplary (thanks Sam!) and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were welcome to drop our bags off early and were contacted an hour before check-in to say that our room was ready if we wanted to check-in early, which was very much appreciated. We stayed in a Henrietta Room above reception and although it was very warm and stuffy (we had the window open and fan on almost constantly) it was a beautiful room and had a lovely outlook over the trees. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the coffee machine and record player too. With it being my birthday, I received a complimentary cocktail from the bar - I chose the King's Royal License and it was delicious (so much so I had another!) On my actual birthday my wife and I had the couples Copper Bath experience and honesty, neither of us have ever felt so chilled and relaxed. The massages and facials were amazing! We loved the pantry concept and though it was often empty (especially of milk) a quick call down to reception and it was easily filled again. The only thing we struggled was with keeping the milk cool - we did miss having a mini fridge for that reason. We loved the decor and vibe of the hotel, and the service both in reception and the bar was always superb. We really cannot fault anything and had such a lovely time we twice changed our plans of going out for a drink in the evening just to chill in our room with pantry snacks and a film. Thank you all at No. 15. We are hoping to stay at No 1 in York later this month and you have set the standard high!

Lovely hotel, spacious room’s comfortable bed’s amazing location would just say I think that parking in the hotel should be free if you are staying in the more expensive rooms and our room had a pantry right outside, some soft close hinges would make a world of difference as hearing them slam at 1 am is disturbing to light sleepers other than that 100% recommend and we would definitely stay again.dyson hairdryer is a lovely touch too

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was stunning but some of the furniture is looking a bit tired. It didn't detract from our enjoyment at all and I would still recommend the hotel as the food was excellent and the staff all so helpful and friendly. I just think for the price, you really expect every detail to be taken care of.

Highly recommend No.15 guest house, lovely hotel, stunning room, lovely service with great attention to detail and little details that set the hotel apart from the competition. The Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all the restaurants, the Royal Crescent, Roman Baths and the Theatre if you're tempted to see a show. The Hotel has a boutiquey type feel to it, bespoke and personal. We didn't have any spa treatments, however it felt like these would have been special if we opted for one. The bar was small but stylish, again with lots to look at and unique tables and decorations all around, the cocktails weren't cheap, but were very well made. First time in Bath and we have been thoroughly spoilt with No.15 that it'll be difficult to book anywhere else.
