While you'll find many historic hotels in Bath, there aren't any like No.15 Great Pulteney. Independently owned and set in three Grade-I Georgian townhouses, No.15 is a quintessentially English boutique townhouse that's full of surprises and curiosities. Our 40 bedrooms are individually-designed with a supremely comfortable night's sleep in mind, while also being spaces you'll want to spend lots of time in. Captivating collections, statement art and ambient lighting all help to create a truly unique experience. Cafe 15 is a social hub for a relaxing dinner in intriguing surrounds, while Bar 15 – which serves up creative cocktails and wonderful wines from across the globe – becomes a big focus after dark. Sybarites will also be keen to note that we have a one-of-a-kind spa hidden beneath the pavements. To be found in a peaceful residential area on the grandest street in Bath, we’re just a short stroll from the all the city's boutiques, restaurants and cultural highlights.

The first issue I encountered about the stay was that I booked via EXPEDIA and what I thought I had booked on their website was not as the description for the hotel. On calling the hotel to ensure the room could accommodate 3 people I was initially told that the reservations

Lovely, convenient stopover in walking distance of all we wanted to do, with on-street parking helpfully included. Felt welcomed, good breakfast. We booked a small room, which was comfortable and had all we needed. At night (late) we noticed one of those hotel 'hums' so used

We booked this hotel for our Mini Honeymoon for 4 nights. Recommend booking direct as you get free parking and definitely book the coach house! Just off from the main buliding, rooms are lovely and make the most use of the complimentary larder. Breakfast every morning ranging

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Coach House Junior Suite. Great location in Bath. We found the bed to be quite hard for our taste and the housekeeping for our room was around 4pm which is late and usually when we got back from our day out. Toiletries and snacks were a lovely

Review collected in partnership with this hotel
Me and my partner stayed here having stayed before and had good experience. On checking in we had booked a Deluxe Double room. We were shown to room 1 in the Attic which was dark and dingy with a small window and sloping ceiling. It was nothing like the high ceilings promised

What parking facilities are there?
When you book directly with us then car parking is free, this is in the form of on street parking locally in Zone 1 via virtual permit, otherwise the cost is £22.00 for hotel car parking per night. Being a Georgian House in the centre of the city numbers are limited. There are also car parks very close, the cricket club car park and Manvers Street, a short walk away.

Apologies for the delay. We stayed in the Coach House and there wouldn’t have been enough room for 4 in there. It’s possible that the room configuration is different though to the main hotel.

Are you able to use the spa if you are staying there or do you need to book a treatment?
Thanks for your question; For hotel residents the use of the hot tub and sauna area is free when booking a treatment in Spa 15. For use of the hot tub and sauna area only, there is a small charge of £20.00 per person, and we suggest booking in advance.
