We treated ourselves to a couple of nights away and stumbled upon this place while trawling through the Internet and so glad we did. It was perfect from start to finish. My wife enjoyed a fabulous massage treatment on arrival which was a great way to relax after a long journey from Suffolk. The room no46 was ready early which was a surprise and was again perfect with many little touches not present in some other luxury hotels. The room was in a quiet location in the coachouse at the back with a private entrance. A little lobby area just outside with snacks, fruit, fresh milk etc all complimentary. Beautiful toiletries, Dyson hairdry, coffee machine and even a record player. My wife forgot her iPhone lead and one promptly arrived after calling reception. Breakfast was great with enough choice. It was nice to chat to hotel manager also mingling with all the hotel guests giving the personal touch which really matters. These guys really care about hospitality and we had a lovely stay and will not look elsewhere when visiting Bath in the future.

This was our first trip to Bath. We loved the hotel. The staff were so welcoming! The room was a Henrietta room. It was gorgeous! Lovely comfy bed, chandelier, dolls house with tea and coffee facilities in it, the record player with choice of records! We had a cocktail in the bar. Treatments in the gorgeous spa! Breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely be back. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely welcome to Bath!

This was a spur of the moment whistestop visit to Bath - my first. The location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring the city. The room we stayed in was spectacular- from the chandelier to the dolls house with the tea and coffee. I slept very well in the huge comfy bed. The food at dinner and breakfast was tasty and well presented and the staff are very professional and helpful. The only problem was a lack of parking - there is a small car park at the back and street parking out front but it was all full and we ended up parking behind the hotel in the street perched on the edge of the road.

Set in a great location with really attentive staff. Cute perks such as a complimentary pantry. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Massage treatments were brilliant too with a cute spa lounge after.

Just back from a long weekend in Bath, so pleased we stayed at 15 Great Pulteney Street, the room was lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive. Thanks to all the team! We stayed in the Coachhouse, which I enjoyed, it was pretty quiet, which is good for me. Breakfast was lovely and the bar excellent, just make sure you book a spot at the moment!
