Myself and 4 friends have just come back from this hotel after visiting the Xmas Markets for the weekend. The hotel is lovely, although a little noisy. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, thank you for an enjoyable weekend.

So my partner and I went to Bath for a concert. The venue - the Assembly Rooms - is just two blocks from this hotel, so this seemed like a great place to stay. We also both like eating at Loch Fyne, so that sealed it. Alas, the experience was not as good as we hoped. First, we arrived around...

We had a lovely stay here, staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and a great way to start the day. Yes there was not a lift but walking the stairs wasn't too much of a problem, we just burnt a few more calories during our stay!

At first we tried to get into the Travel lodge but fortunately for us they were full and they didn't know of any other hotel close by!! But then we found Milsoms just next door (on the corner to be exact.) They don't have a reception area but don't be put off. The woman who greeted us in the bar...

My partner and I came to stay in August, had booked the feature double room... incredible. Was greeted with a smile on arrival and the staff were very friendly and informative. There was noise during the night from being in the centre of town, expected, if you ask me. The room was beautifully clean and we were able to order...

The excellent location of this hotel is bittersweet really.... My only criticism is that because the rooms were so warm, we had to open the windows at night (which aren't double glazed) and the noise was a bit of an issue. The street sweeper lorry woke us at 5am and then there was the noise of the traffic and sirens...

Absolutely lovely food. Mixed salmon to start, the smoked salmon so so nice if you love fish. I had the mixed seafood grill, again absolutely lovely. Staff very attentive. Didn't notice any noise issue from outside. We visited on a Thursday night. My partner had fish and chips, which I was lucky enough to sample, again excellent. We will always...

Nightclub a few doors away meant that young noisy people were spilling out between midnight and 2.00 a.m. On a Tueday morning. Heavy traffic for most of the night. Double glazing essential for this room. Staff lovely.
