Two night stay, we received a warm welcome and complimentary coffee and biscuits on our arrival. Free room upgrade followed. Very comfortable room and so convenient being moments away from the centre of Bath. Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts a real treat and so much variety on offer. All freshly cooked. When we checked out we were allowed to...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The bedrooms are nicely quirky, and really give an old townhouse feel. Very comfortable all in all. Little touches like nice bathroom products were appreciated. Breakfasts in the below street level dining room were a treat, with expert attention from lovely staff. Thank you Agnes!

We chose Henrietta house due to a combination of location, price and reviews. I am SOOO happy we did. The location was perfect!!! It was within easy walking distance of everything in Bath. The Roman Baths, Thermaspa, and shopping are within a 5 minute walk. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly and given some great food recommendations...

Henrietta House is a well located and very comfy and charming hotel with welcoming staff and scrumptious breakfast. We stayed in the third floor roof top apartment which is perfect for families with a separate lounge room and books to enjoy. Great shower and beds.

We chose this hotel as it is centrally placed for all Bath's attractions and also offered parking ( at extra cost, but worth it in this car unfriendly city) The hotel is full of character and the staff friendly and helpful. I chose a small room, but the bed was comfortable, with good toiletries and home made biscuits. We didn't...

We had a great time at Henrietta House. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. They also welcomed us with a nice hot pot of tea which was wonderful since it was cold outside. Very helpful in regards to recommendations about things to do around town. Would definitely recommend.

On arrival staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, advising on places to see, things to see and great places to eat. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe here. This spotless, beautifully appointed regency building is 5 minute walk from the centre of the city; Shopping, the Roman Baths Museum, great restaurants and scenery galore. The staff were very accommodating when we requested ice...

On the reviews from Tripadvisor, we booked an overnight stay with family members in the top floor apartment at Henrietta House. A 3 minute walk into the town centre, fantastically situated. From the moment we arrived, Reception was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Advised us on parking, made us a pot of tea and coffee with biscuits and handled our...

We stayed here at the beginning of December for the Christmas markets. The hosts were so welcoming and gave us tea and homemade biscuits when we are arrived. Our room was large with a big window. The beds were comfortable and the room very cosy. The radiator was able to be turned up/down depending on how warm we wanted it...
