From the minute I stepped through the door my experience at the Henrietta House was outstanding, not what you would expect to experience from a standard B&B type stay. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I was offered tea/coffee whilst I waited, had my bag carried for...

Central location, very clean and comfortable room. There is wide choice for breakfast, hot options are cooked for order. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The receptionist gave us very useful advice on what to do and where to eat in Bath. I would recommend it to anyone going to Bath.

Henrietta house is ideally located for getting around in Bath. We had tickets to see Bath v Harlequins. The Rec is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Our room was small but perfectly functional. It was clean and well kept. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the helpful staff were fantastic. Their standard...

This hotel is in a fairly quiet location yet less than 10 minutes walk from most of Baths key sites. The staff could not be more helpful, and the breakfast was great. Its a boutique hotel without the facilities of a big chain, but I tend not to use those anyway. Really enjoyed the book collection the room... hard to...

What a wonderful stay. The property is centrally located, clean, hospitable and provides an excellent breakfast. However, what really gives it an edge is the exceptional staff it employs. We stayed as a family in the suite right at the top.It felt like a home away from home. Although it was a short stay, it was extremely comfortable. The staff...

I had a late check in after a long train ride. Normally you have to prearrange for a late check in, but at the weekend the desk attendant is available. Easy check in. Stayed 2 nights. The room was just off the main area next to the lift and reception. There wasn't a lot of noise in that area, though....

This lovely Georgian bed and breakfast was a real find. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. On arriving we were offered tea or coffee with homemade biscuits made by their chef. The room was spacious and comfortable with a little mason jar of the homemade biscuits by the side of the bed along with a couple...

Stayed two nights in small double room, immaculately clean. Homemade cookies, tea & hot chocolate in the room was a nice touch. All staff extremely friendly & helpful. Location was excellent within walking distance of all main attractions. Breakfast was superb highly recommend the buttermilk pancakes banana & maple syrup. Would definitely make a return visit.
