I was told by the manager that they would be refund my stay as its was so noisy outside with clubbers and noisy within the hotel we was situated above and a night club. We was told that if we stay another night and pay another 100 pound for another night stay we would be moved to a better Room am be refunded the previous night stay and it will go into my bank account in 3 days time this was a lie this never happened never did I receive the refund. also was told that I will get a 100 pound voucher as a good gesture compen Sent through to my email this was also a lie this never happens no such vu Voucher was sent. I feel like it was a ploy to get us to stay another night. An all lies.
Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, we were there mid week so not at all noisy either. They’re are literally loads of coffee shops and cafes near enough to make breakfast a breeze as well. Will definitely return as Bath is a wonderful city for a quick break.
Window in room would not stop banging in the wind as broken reception would not help or move us so had no sleep, worst experience I’ve had at a travel lodge , would not recommend anyone to stay there stay clear choose somewhere else
This hotel was super easy to find, was close to everything we wanted to visit, was clean, socially distanced and welcoming. The staff are super helpful and polite, the rooms are great value for money and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
Carpets throughout the hotel badly faded. Curtains never fully closed in our room when pulled causing privacy issues. Bathroom not too bad although our soap dispenser was empty on arrival. I reported it to hotel staff as we were leaving our room and they said they could only replenish it when we were not in the room due to Covid 19 but surely its something that should have been checked before our arrival. I said to the member of staff that we would not be back to the evening so it would be vacated all day and he said he'd do it straight away. When we arrived back 8 hours later it was still empty. Although we travelled as a couple we had a room to accommodate 3 people. The spare bed looked nothing better than a camp bed. Communication amongst staff could also be improved. On arrival we were told we could have a late check out but on the day we were due to leave we were told we couldn't to then be told by someone else we could. On a positive note our bed was very comfortable and very little noise from traffic outside ensuring we had a great night's sleep. …
