I stayed here last year and Nick remembered me on my return this year. I stayed in a twin bed room this time which was very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and the scrambled eggs and salmon one of the best breakfast I have had. I liked the cosy feel of this place.

A convenient location with parking at the rear but a walk round the block with the luggage. Luckily weather good. Room no. 2 is supposed to be a twin room but more like a single with an extra bed very cramped. Mattress on one bed was old and uncomfortable and seems has been mentioned in many other reviews but never... More

This B&B is very well located for a visit to Bath. All the main attractions within walking distance. The room was large, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast very well cooked and tasty. Nick, the owner, was welcoming and helpful with good advice about sightseeing and dinning. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night while visiting Bath for my daughter's graduation ceremony. I was given the room at the top of the house - actually two rooms as your bathroom is across the landing. Bed was super comfy and bed linen was spotlessly fresh. I slept like a baby. Breakfast hand cooked by the host, featuring delicious locally sourced bacon. Nick... More

This B&B is well placed for access to central Bath; there are some invaluable parking spaces at the rear, accessed by a challengingly narrow lane. The terraced building does not look that special from the outside, but the interior is comfortable. The friendly host gave some excellent guidance on how to best organize our short visit to Bath.

This was my first B&B. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. I like that they have a vegetarian option for breakfast. Owner was friendly. They have umbrellas to borrow which was nice because my friend did not have one. B&B is located near city center. Overall a quiet area.

For £100 a night we expected better. Room was small, showerhead would not stay up, no biscuits or fresh milk on tray, dried up baked beans and half a tomato formed part of the full English. Opted for scrambled egg and smoked salmon the next day which was better. We objected to being called Guys whenever he spoke to us.... More

My friend and I checked in and left our cases as our room wasn't ready. Returned in the evening. Owner not on the premises. We went up to our room which the door was wide open with our cases left there unattended and insecure. A bit of a concern to say the least. We started to unpack and familiarise ourselves... More
