A clean and comfortable b&b, not to far from the city centre, I'm not brilliant with distances but approx one and a half to two miles. The bus stop is close by and runs very regularly into town, and finishes around 11pm during the week and later at weekends. No real complaints about this b&b, if I were going to...

Very friendly & efficient. The rooms were clean & the bed comfortable. Lovely cooked breakfast set us up for the day! Accomodating & helpful, private off-road parking around the back. It was easy to get a number of buses into the city (about a mile from the centre) and was just what we were looking for in a Bed &...

Overall, the B&B is ok. We stayed in the large room at the top of the stairs. It was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was recently remodeled and very nice and clean. Theresa was not very friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was not good at all. The walk into city centre is about 20 minutes and isn't particularly picturesque. If...

This defiantly wasn't the best B&B we have been to, we felt that the woman was cold and unfriendly in the beginning, she did warm up by the end though. The house smelt like dog, sometimes we could smell it in our rooms which was unpleasant, also the fact that we had two people in our family allergic to dogs...

A lovely property within walking distance to town or near buses if you prefer. Friendly owners, good breakfast, room clean and comfortable and an excellent shower. Would recommend. Parking on site or in the adjacent side road.

For only one night as part of a longer trip, the Old Red House was a convenient and comfortable stopover. It's a beautiful property, our rooms were very comfortable (especially room 2) and breakfast was plentiful and fairly flexible (for us vegetarians). We walked into the City centre - partly via a park - and there are buses too. The...

Came to Bath for a weekend of Christmas shopping. The Red House accommodation was good, very clean and friendly. It's quite a walk into town but no real problem. Would stay there again. Our only concern was that the car park is small, however parking in the street nearby was possible.

We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner by Paul and Theresa. We were staying for a family celebration and took all the rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and as a B&B we can highly recommend it. As a minor negative, it is a little too far to walk into the city centre although the buses run regularly...

We travelled to bath on Sunday 19 August 2012 staying for 3 nights. We went with my sister and husband and stayed at the Old Red House. Our room was on the first floor was a reasonable size very clean and the en-suite was lovely. Towels were thread bare and there was a tiny closet with 4 hangers for clothes,...

There is nothing to complain about the Old Red House B&B in Bath. The owner is very nice and friendly, room and bathroom were perfectly clean and breakfast was very good. It is at least a 20 mins walk down to the town centre but you can walk through Victoria park and pass by the Royal Crescent and The Circus.
