I've stayed at this guest house my last 3 consecutive nights in Bath. The last 2 times ignoring any other options. That should tell you I've loved my visits here. Particular mention should go to the receptionists on every stay. Casey then Camelia most recently Alexandra went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel like I was staying at a home from home. They were thoughtful, caring and very kind. All the staff including the morning breakfast wait staff and chef were exceptional. I should also note the breakfast. Just stunning. Choice was excellent, cooked to perfection and served well. They managed the administration of Covid protocols with style. The breakfast is worth the room fee and then just consider the room thrown in for free. All 3 rooms were fantastic. Being an older building they were individual and unique which I love. The rooms were clean, well equipped and of a very high standard. Simply put - stay here, you won't regret it.

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are beautifully decorated and when you're in the room you cant hear any other guests coming or going which is great for a good night's sleep. The bar was fully stocked and satisfactory breakfast. Free parking on site or on the road and a short 10 minute stroll to the centre.

We stayed here just before lock down. The place itself is a beautiful building. The room we were in was fantastic....although we did wake up in the middle of the night and it was absolutely boiling. Opened windows but road noise can be a bit loud. The breakfast was fantastic and the bar area is lovely. The only real downside is that parking is limited and small. We have a big car and it was very difficult maneuvering around especially if other guests have parked like rubbish and we are confident drivers so get there as early as poss to grab a space.

This was the best place we stayed during our entire UK trip. The room was homey and comfortable. The two best things were the lounge area which had a wonderful well-stocked bar (we even got to try the Oldfields Gin the owner makes!), the lady working the front let us take the vintage backgammon set we were playing on to our room when we stayed up too late. In the morning, we were treated to the BEST complementary breakfast I've ever had. They have the traditional yogurt/muffins/etc spread, but then also have dishes made to order that is also free?! It is walking distance to downtown Bath and the neighborhood is lovely. An overall wonderful experience.
