Amazing place. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Love stopping here, easy to get to and as a car park which is a big plus in bath, rooms are just right. Easy 2min walk to town. Our 3rd time here and so happy we found it. From parking the car you know you have chosen right.

Everything. A lovely building, comfortable room with a shiny new en suite, delicious breakfast and excellent coffee and tea … great location only 5 minutes to the city center on foot, Waitrose market nearby for shopping, a launderette 5 minutes away (bring your own soap) - but most of all the service. My husband had a medical emergency that required an ambulance and stay in the local hospital overnight. The staff went out of their way to support us through a scary experience, make sure we were fed and taken care of. Jean-Luc and Kerry were amazing. We will be back.

We stayed here, just one night B&B. B - Bed very comfortable & B - Breakfast very good, wide selection, cooked to order, 1 x cheese omelette, 1 x avocado, poached egg on toast, fresh orange juice and freshly ground coffee. Continental breakfast also available. Pets welcome, plus in-house, friendly dog. Nicely tucked away in a quiet street, but close enough to the centre of the City. Off-street parking, lovely welcome from staff, spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Bath or local area. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The staff, the service, the location and the facilities are excellent. The food is delicious. The bonus was the car parking. We were able to walk to the city centre in about ten minutes and not have to jump unnecessarily into the car to reach the sites of beautiful Bath. We highly recommend the Roseate and intend to return.

Fantastic two night stay in this elegant hotel. This is our second visit during the Bath Half Marathon weekend and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. So much thought has gone into the accommodation and the level of service is exemplary. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Caroline and team.

A lovely stay in Bath. Location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk into town and opposite a beautiful park. Rooms are huge with very comfy pillows and bed. Afternoon tea and breakfast to a very high standard- we loved the handmade jam and marmalade :) would stay again!

From arrival to checkout everything is perfect and all the staff go out of their way to be welcoming and attentive. The breakfast is amazing with an excellent selection….and a special shout out to Isobel who always brings service with a smile….we love her. The hotel is very well located being just a short walk into town…..we are looking forward to our next visit.

Fairly average room that was a bit tired. Parking was a challenge! The staff were lovely & couldn’t do more but the hotel is not one we would go back to & does not compare to other five star hotels we’ve stayed in. . There’s no restaurant or room service in the hotel, only breakfast & as Parking is restricted at the hotel, you take a chance going out to eat on whether you can park on your return.

Good Afternoon Jen, Thank you for your review, I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay in January. I can see that you also stayed with us in March 2023 when you awarded us a five star rating. We have had lots of refurbishment work take place in the last three months and I am also delighted to share with you that we now offer a fabulous dinner menu in our Henrietta bar. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations when you next visit Bath and if so please do contact me directly so that I can take care of your bedroom allocation personally. We always have a member of the team on hand to assist with parking so you will never be without a space. hope that we shall have the pleasure in welcoming you back. Kind regards, Caroline

We were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff; and for me that set the scene for a most enjoyable stay at The Roseate Villa. It was the shortest of stays for us; and we really do now wish we had more time in Bath! We arrived for the most yummiest afternoon tea! A more than comfortable room which held lots of attention to detail, there was a good selection for breakfast - wholesome, hearty and rather delicious, onsite parking and within walking distance to the town centre ... and the staff really couldn't do enough for us during our stay; before and after too ... we will be back!
