Due to COVID all holidays this year seriously got messed up and cancelled leaving a bitter taste in the mouth about holidays and travel! With all plans cancelled Me and my Mum Sue decided to do a little Roadtrip and stay in the UK! First Bath then Cornwall and also, no pressure I would be driving ... first trip since I passed my driving test! After much searching the Roseate Villa Hotel in Bath looked perfect, very pretty, a carpark, close to town, a big twin room were all a great start! To add on top of that the service is genuine, friendly and top notch! We arrived to a lovely welcome, helped with our bags and offered tea, coffee and homemade ginger cake... yum! We were also given some lovely recommendations for dinners while we were staying! The trip was bed and breakfast and you are given the menu in your room to order for the next morning and book a time! There is a really great menu to choose from Meat to Vegan. Normally I skip breakfast as I hate a cheap buffet and want to go out and find a great coffee shop BUT do not skip this breakfast you would be missing out! Me and Mum had a great time in Bath and I couldn’t rave about this hotel anymore than I already have! I am excited to stay there again when the opportunity presents itself! Thank you so much to the lovely staff for making our holiday in these strange times such a pleasure!! ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at the Roseate Villa in Bath. Being an anniversary stay, the hotel were kind enough to leave a gift in our room. A nice touch was also the tea and cake on arrival, prior to check-in, whilst our luggage was taken to the room. The staff were attentive throughout our stay, the breakfast lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to make a return visit.

Staff were excellent; all friendly, warm and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and couldn’t do enough for us. Even before arriving, restaurant recommendations were sent and with all the covid restrictions and safety measures in place they made us feel like we’d had a fabulous break. The highlight was the afternoon tea, which was amazing and great value for money! Location is superb, five minute (max) walk to the Pulteney Bridge and opposite the beautiful Henrietta park. Room was a great size and a nice homely feel of a boutique hotel. Would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay with our young dog at the Roseate Villa in Bath. Our room was extremely spacious with a little entrance hall opening up into a huge room so we never felt hemmed in. We both had some work to do so we had a large table with two armchairs to sit at. The dog had its own bed and two bowls as well as a generous welcome pack. The bathroom was also very big with a full size bath and stand-in shower which could take two people. Breakfast was very well cooked with several options for vegetarians as well. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Bath. It was horrible weather when we were there however there is a park directly in front of the hotel to walk the dog and for those visiting in the summer a lovely garden.

Exemplary hotel located in a great location to explore the City of Bath. Beautifully presented, clean rooms and we were greeted with caring and attentive staff who were brilliant in offering their advice on the sites to see and restaurants to visit. Breakfast was also amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will be sure to stay again when we return to Bath in the future.
