My husband & I had our stay gifted to us from our children to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary during lockdown last summer! The hotel is very nice, well presented & the staff are extremely hospitable and cannot be faulted from our arrival with a lovely pot of coffee & ginger cake to checking out. Our room was very comfortable, facing Henrietta Park, the bed & pillows were exceptional & the room was spotless, but our only criticism is the en-suite, in our view was very small & tad dated. The breakfast was very tasty, beautifully cooked & the service once again fantastic. Roseate Villa is ideally located in a quiet area, but within a few minutes walk of central Bath and all the amenities. Our overall stay was very enjoyable, relaxing & we will be back again in the future!!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were given an upgrade of our room on arrival which was very welcome. The room was spacious with a large ensuite. We had a superking bed which was very comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was good and all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in an ideal location near the centre of Bath with parking on site. There is also a garden where people can relax and have drinks brought to them. All in all, a really enjoyable stay.
