We wanted to visit the Christmas Markets in style with my mum (who is in a wheelchair). The hotel couldn't do enough for us and helped at every stage of our stay, providing everything we needed. The disabled facilities were excellent in the room. We didn't use the spa so I don't know if they are suitable for disabled visitors.... More

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Bath Priory Hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. From the moment we were greeted on the drive to checking out we received the most wonderful 5 star service. Every member of staff we spoke to or were served by was top notch, you got a... More

My husband bought me here as a complete surprise for my birthday, so pulling up onto the drive way of a beautiful hotel in bath was a lovely start to my birthday weekend. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff and our bags bought up to our room for us. The room was stunning. We stayed in... More

Met here for a business meeting. What a lovely setting. Very formal, but also comfortably relaxing with a nice fire going on a blustery rainy day. The location is really convenient and to have a tray of tea or coffee in the lounge was the perfect setting for our meeting. Most definitely worth a visit if you are in Bath.

Arrived with great expectations based upon previous experience. We were warmly welcomed by the door staff but that was as good as it got. Enjoyed dinner despite the poor service which got even worse at breakfast. Sadly it's not a special place anymore.

This is a splendid, well appointed hotel with a sumptuous garden within a 20-25 minute walk into Bath through the botanic gardens. Our room was large, well appointed and the staff flawless in their friendly and efficient service. That said there were a number of occasions when we were just at the point of 'I wonder if they have forgotten... More

Loved our Apple Blossom room, and the friend we traveled with loved his Peony room. Accommodations were great, staff was absolutely wonderful - before and during our stay including making the visit special for our birthday celebrations. The spa treatment rooms and gym are under renovation but we enjoyed the pool, steam, and sauna. And the gardens are beautiful.

Stayed here for 2 nights from the 30th October and enjoyed every second from the moment of our arrival. It was sad to leave. The hotel is situated on the fringe of the city centre between Victoria park and the Royal Crescent, no distance at all to the wonderful city of Bath. This has to be one of my favourite... More
