Only had one night at the lodge. Initial parking was good. Nice friendly staff. Room was very nice and in keeping with the period. Room comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy. Very helpful on local attractions to see. Close to town. Breakfast in the morning was good, not large, but enough. Would recommend.

I recently enjoyed a three-night stay in Bailbrook Lodge and I'm now writing my first Tripadvisor review because I want to share the joy with other people. It's a stunning house in beautiful grounds (which I enjoyed sitting out in with my book during the evening). My room was wonderful, with a four-poster bed that's definitely worth the extra price... Great hotel, staff were friendly, & helpful, rooms were very cute. Great character within hotel. Breakfast was just enough to get you started in the morning, lovely hot water, chocolates on your pillow 😃 enough parking outside, Bath city centre not far to drive. warm feeling to hotel. Booked into the Balibrook Lodge for 3 nights, only stayed for 2. We were given the Garden Suite which sounds lovely but is tiny, 9ft X 10ft. When we booked we were told that we would have a lovely room. To my wife and I it was a single room with a double bed in it, 1 chair and only... More

I am replying as one of the owners of Bailbrook Lodge as I was obviously very disappointed to read your review and wish to deal with the issues you have raised. Firstly, I would like to respectively point out that the room you had was not the Garden Suite but a room off the Garden Suite which leads directly on... More

A beautiful house just outside of Bath that makes you think about how Bath must have been like in their heyday. From when we got there and until we left the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was quite nice and the rooms so cute. You have to be aware that you can walk to the... More

A lovely stay was sorry it was just for one night. Excellent service, I was greeted by the manager on arrival who was very helpful. I had a lovely standard double room. Very comfy, excellent tea making facilities. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Would stay again if I am in Bath.

This hotel/lodge/b&b is very clean and tidy. This was a very late booking and when we arrived at around 9.15pm on a Friday evening we were greeted by someone who immediately introduced himself and knew who we were. We were then shown around the hotel downstairs, explained about the dining facilities along with the bar and shown to own room... More

We also took advantage of a Living Social offer to stay here B&B in a standard room, with a £22pp allowance against a 3 course lunch in its sister hotel, The Royal, opposite Bath Spa railway station. Bailbrook Lodge is a really nice, old, B&B guesthouse hotel with impressive architecture. But do bear this in mind. It’s old, and it’s... More

Thank you for your review following your recent stay with us at Bailbrook Lodge via a promotion with Living Social. As you are obviously aware Bailbrook Lodge is a Georgian Grade II listed building and as such the rooms come in... More

The staff of Bailbrook Lodge is very courteous and accommodating. The Lodge is a lovely, quaint building. The breakfasts were wonderful and I appreciated having gluten free toast available (as I have celiac disease.) Just a suggestion: It would have been helpful to know upon arrival that the bus stop for the bus to Bath Center was right outside as... More

Thank you for your review following your recent stay with us.
