Property's Favorite Review
Amazing accommodation for a three day trip to Bath. The lady at the reception was wonderful and inviting- it felt like we were staying at a friend's house. There weren't many guests at the time, so she upgraded one of our rooms to a four poster, and made it a luxurious stay. Bed was so comfortable, which is always a plus. Love the thoughtful decoration. This guesthouse was just a few minutes walk to the Royal Crescent, which is a great first stop. I will definitely stay at Brooks Guesthouse again when I visit Bath again!

Brooks guest located near the heart of Bath was exceptional. When we arrived we were greeted the lady on the reception who was very friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade and allowed in to our room two hours early. The was exceptionally clean and spacious we were over the moon with our room and the guest house and recommended as great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights for his birthday. We checked in later than usual and they saved us our cream tea which was yummy! We had a beautiful 4 poster bed, very comfy. The breakfast hamper was delicious and gave a really relaxed vibe to the start of our mornings. Also the room was warm and comfy and the en-suite shower was roomy for us both. The staff were all warm and friendly. Everything was clean and had a Christmas vibe to it. They had a tree up in the living room and an honesty bar which we borrowed a wine opener. The guesthouse Is about 10 mins walk into town, and there’s a bus stop just outside if you prefer. I would recommend it, great location, kind staff, room was lovely - what more could you want?

We stayed for a couple of nights for my partner’s 30th birthday and had a wonderful time! The guesthouse has a boutique vibe and is very cosy. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. And it’s in a great location - only a short walk from the city and just round the corner from the parks and Royal Crescent. Oh and the breakfast hampers were fab!! We much preferred enjoying breakfast in bed than having to rush down to a restaurant at a set time. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. (We stayed in a King Room).
