The premises has limited parking so arrive early as it's on a first come first served basis. We parked up and never used the car again until our...

Comfortable room, bit couldn't get connection to Wifi. Breakfast was lovely, especially the home made marmalade. Didn't want to take car into town centre, but didn't realise quite how far out it was. Got a taxi back, which was reasonable.

When we arrived we immediately felt unwelcome. The host was very unsociable and not very cooperative. The host was also rude and was not very welcoming. Also it says in the description that there is a bar which is a lie, there is no bar at all. Overall the rooms and breakfast were okay but we were put off by...

We booked to stay for two nights in the family room, party comprised of myself, husband, son and daughter (who turned 21 on the Saturday). The room was more than big enough for 4 adults, clean and nicely decorated. An added bonus was the door from the room that opened directly into the garden/patio area. There were tables and chairs...

We were made very welcome here and handy that it had parking. Close to a big park a 20 minute walk into Bath along the river. The room was ideal for our family. We all enjoyed an excellent English breakfast.

Great accommodation in an ideal location to experience the delights of Bath. The family room was lovely and spacious for myself and 2 friends. The accommodation although a little tired in places was lovely and clean - and had a real homely feel. There was a good selection for breakfast with the option of a delicious cooked breakfast using good...
