From before the moment we walked through the door our great experience began... a beautiful heritage building in one of the world's most spectacular boulevards. Amazing friendly staff and a speedy resolution to an issue with our room set us up for a glorious girls escape to Bath. The decor is fitting for the building whilst being chic rather than... More

This is the perfect location from which you can explore all the very best of Bath on foot as the hotel has a brilliant parking scheme enabling one to leave the car safely parked instead of battling for parking around the city. The reason I've only marked four stars is that I really, really missed having a small fridge in... More

The guesthouse is quite different to the pictures portrayed on the website and is much smaller than you are lead to believe. Continental breakfast is included in the room price but is a poor selection and you are asked to pay substantially more per head for the English breakfast choice, which is disappointing given the cost of the accommodation. On... More

We stayed at the Windsor for a few nights. It's a fantastic location and you pay a premium for that. The room we stayed in wasn't the prettiest room I've ever stayed in but we only used it to sleep etc so it didn't matter. I really like the piece of paper you get with the weather and recommendations for... More

We had a very relaxing experience in Bath and staying at The Windsor made our trip even better. We were greeted by Michael who was simply charming, we were shown to a very nice comfortable room with air conditioning and everything we needed to make our stay a great experience. We stayed three nights here in May, driving from Heathrow, with plans to explore the Wales and the Southwest, so we needed a car...otherwise, come by train. Parking is a at a premium in Bath, as in most of the cities, and the hotel offers on-street parking only. That said, Bath is a walking city, and the Windsor Hotel has... More

Thank you for your review so pleased you enjoyed your three day break in Bath and the hotels location. I'm sorry to hear you found the room too small, you had one of our classic double which are the smallest in the hotel (but very reasonably priced!) we also offer Superior Doubles normally for only £10- £20 extra which are... Lovely hotel... Michael was very welcoming and attentive. You will need to buy a parking permit from hotel if you need one. Great location would recommend. Bath as a city is a great place to visit for the weekend.

We stayed for two nights at the Windsor. The service was great and the facility was very charming. Absolutely best location for walking to see the sites of Bath. I would definitely return to The Windsor again. It was so much nicer to stay in a beautifully restored Georgian townhome than a contemporary hotel. The amenities were all up-to-date despite... More

Very Disappointing. Overpriced. Laura Room at 201 pounds does NOT include hot breakfast. Property/ Room Outdated Room carpet filthy and desperately needs to be replaced. Sink in poor shape, pieces missing from the turn handles. Clogged drain. Moldy smell in room.
