My wife and I have just spent a glorious two night stay at Brocks Guest House. Quite apart from the really interesting history of the building and the road, the interior is immaculate. The bedroom had so many interesting features and so comfortable. There was a really good choice of breakfast dishes of excellent quality. Many thanks.

My family had a lovely stay at Brocks Guest House. The room was clean and pretty. The dining room and breakfast was perfectly elegant. We came in to town quite late and they were happy to leave the key for us so we could check in whenever we liked. We will stay there next time we are in Bath, and... More

We wanted something a little different from a standard hotel for our stay in Bath, and since we were traveling as a group of four with our two college-age nieces, Brocks Guest House was perfect for us. We opted for the family room (Thomas Gainsborough room) which came with one double bed and two singles and was exactly what we... More

Dominated by Regency buildings, it's well worth staying in a period home when in Bath. I'm so glad we did! Brocks is faithfully restored, yet modern and very clean and well kept. Nestled between the Royal Cresent and Circus it's in a quieter part of the city centre, with an easy walk to the Assembly Rooms, Jane Austen centre or... More

I am not sure if it is because it's located in Bath that they can command these prices but at £112 for a double room - with a very small bed, a tiny and very old fashioned bathroom - a toilet that the flush button is broken off, an ill fitting mattress, towels that match the size of the bedroom... This is our second stay in bath and we again weren't disappointed . We decided to stay at brocks guest house as a change from your standed hotel . The hotel is situated in a lovley area and very close to the town. The rooms are very spacious and clean , very high ceilings, bath room was huge . The... More

We stayed in Room 2 - 1st floor at the front of the guest house. Everything beautifully clean, large bathroom. Positioned very close to the Assembly Rooms and only a few minutes walk from good choice of restaurants. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and allowed to collect our parking permit earlier than check-in time which meant we could leave... More

stayed here in early April. room was very nice, large with sofa, chairs and decent bathroom. view was to the front, so some noise late at night due to proximity to restaurant close by, but generally quiet. quirky aspect was having to order your breakfast the day before, but guess this was to ensure it came quickly. shower over bath,... Stayed here whilst attending a family wedding. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room was well proportioned, nicely decorated and very clean. Great choices for breakfast with really good portions (the farm products are from free range local farms). All this with free parking (which we also used when we drove into the town centre) and free... More
