We are staying here for three nights and on our first full day we have found just how easy it is to see the sight's of Bath from here. The Crescent is at the end of their road, two minutes walk away and the Roman Baths is a leisurely fifteen minutes, but there are many shops to delay you on...

I was visiting to celebrate a 50th birthday for an old friend - we had arranged a wine tasting of 50 year old wines and I needs to stay close to the Assembly Rooms. Brocks was ideally located between the magnificent Royal Crescent, The Circus and a lovely street of quirky shops. The type of places you can just go...

My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and cozy. The Guest House was a short walk to major attractions and to the train station. Breakfast was well served and delicious. It was also very close to an array of restaurants, including ones that are top ranked. Bath was wonderful and this guest house was the perfect place to stay. Some reviews...

We stayed here for two nights and found it to be a lovely place. Ideally based near everything..walking distance into town centre and attractions. Staff very friendly ..Car parking wasn't a problem.A parking permit is given upon arrival. It's such an old building and naturally the floors can be a bit noisy and people can be heard coming and going...

This a great place if you just need a place to sleep and breakfast in a lovely old house. The location is beautiful on the street between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. The room was reasonably sized and well decorated and the bed was good. Breakfast was above average but not sensational. Check-in really is just 16:00 to 17:00...

Love Bath. I wanted to be in the heart of the town. This guest house is just perfect for a weekend in Bath. The staff are friendly. Think the mattress was memory foam so a good night sleep was had . Breakfast was just right size.

Good - Bed is comfortable. Nice view from room. Parking is close on the street and included. There were only a few spaces left. I imagine in high season parking would be an issue. The room had a good bed, ample room and was quiet. The breakfast was fine and made to order. The locations is decent with about a...

My wife and I arrived for a two nights stop, on our arrival we were greeted at the door with very little enthusiasm by a young lady. I was given a parking permit and promptly returned to my vehicle and displayed it on the dashboard, my vehicle was left in a very convenient spot outside on the road. On my...

Stopping at a b&b costing £110 per night you would as a minimum expect to be able to have a shower & breakfast, unfortunately this was not the case, after I had a very hit & miss 'shower' my husband decided it was just too much trouble to risk it so we went to have the tempting sounding locally sourced...

We stayed here for a shopping trip, staff were very nice and friendly, room was nice with everything we needed. Shower was not great but these old buildings don't have great plumbing in my experience so comes with the territory sometimes. Parking was very handy and were given a permit when we arrived at 10.30am and our room was ready...
