Very friendly, quiet, comfortable bed, nice location and lovely breakfast. What more can I say. If we are in Bath again we will definitely stay at the Bloomfield Hotel. The owner gives good information on local restaurants etc..

Bloomfield House stands on a hill overlooking parts of Bath. Its a 10 min walk down to the centre of Bath. But longer to return!! Get a taxi. The house itself is beautifully furnished in period pieces and decoration. The hosts (human and otherwise) are very friendly and breakfast is a treat. It is by no means cheap, but worth...

We visited Bath as a family this autumn....booked two rooms (one for 3 kids plus dog; one for wife and I) and enjoyed the extra space. Views are stunning from the third floor (one can see all of Bath) just don't try to lug up heavy suitcases. Karen and her husband are very welcoming hosts with great recommendations on where...

This was a last minute plan with my other half, we booked this hotel on our way to Bath. We hadn't been to Bath before so when we first arrived at the hotel it looked quite spooky but my god were we wrong. The owner of the hotel greeted us when we arrived, it was lovely & personal. The room...

This is my husband & I's second visit to Bloomfield House, happy to say it was every bit as good as the first time! On this occasion, we also came along with a friend. We all agreed that the couple who own this hotel are extremely friendly & helpful hosts. This gives your visit a very homely & welcoming feel to...

We arrived at Bloomfield House after a weekend in Weston-Super-Mare, what a contrast! Weston-Super-Mare seems to have given up the will to live. We stayed at Blooomfield House five years ago and felt totally at home again. Our hosts Karen and Rob are great people who have your comfort as their priority. Not one but two delightful dogs now, both...

We had a 3 night stay here. The house is lovely, and set in a nice area, with authentic rooms. It was clean, and we managed a good sleep. WIFI was of a high standard. Breakfast was well cooked, with a fair choice of food. Only issue would be if your not a dog lover. They have dogs and cats....

This place was just beautiful, loved everything about it. Bus stop right out the front door and a nice pub around the corner for you to go and have dinner. Karen and her husband were fantastic as well, they will help you out in anyway they can. Love that it feels like you are with friends when you are having...

Elegant, unique, Georgian family house with romantic four poster bedrooms, half testers and a cosy south facing single. We serve mostly organic and fair traded breakfasts until 11.00am. The guest house has a friendly relaxed atmosphere and is situated in a quiet elevated location with about a 20 minute walk down to the city centre. Please note for those with allergies that we have a dog and several cats – reception areas only. We accept pets but like to know that they are coming.
