This is a wonderful hotel with high standards and lovely rooms. The staff were always on hand and very friendly, not some bland corporate person. We had bikes with us that were accommodated in a secure compound over-night, putting us fully at ease. The breakfast in the morning

As you note we enjoy a wonderful ‘courtyard terrace’ that not only serves as an idyllic sun trap to enjoy a chilled, refreshing glass; it also offers itself up as a secure bike location !! Very pleased that you enjoyed a lovely stay, trust that the fortified porridge assisted in the balance of your journey. Many thanks for taking the time to write a lovely review. We welcome your return.

My wife and I stayed here 25 years ago to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We returned to celebrate our golden. It's different ! - same building of course, commanding a quiet site near the end of iconic Great Poultney Street but with new owners of six years standing who

Thank you for choosing to share your ‘golden wedding anniversary’ with us here in Bath. As you note the City makes for a wonderful backdrop - whether a re-union, wedding, anniversary or a simple couple of days away. We are supported by a tremendous team, each of whom takes great pride in their contribution. We look to source tremendous ingredients, whether our award winning ‘black pudding’ or our gently smoked haddock from Paignton. Cook with passion and serve with care! Clearly all that is left for us to say is try not to leave it so long until next time! Many thanks.

This was our 5/6th visit to Dukes and as always excellent service, super breakfast and lovely room. This time we were on the ground floor suite. Easy access and a level walk to the city and all attractions. We will be back.

First and foremost, allow us to thank you for your patronage – very generous of you!! The Norfolk is indeed a lovely suite. Ground floor, overlooking Great Pulteney Street, arguably the finest Georgian boulevard in Europe. We look forward to your return. Many thanks.

Dukes Bath is the quintessential upscale B&B, both beautifully appointed in a grand Georgian townhouse, and owned and staffed by an incredibly talented, warm and welcoming staff. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish, and the Dukes Bath team went above and beyond to ensure we

It's a lovely building just a few minutes walk from the centre. Makes a nice change from generic hotels; the service was very good (including one of staff moving their car to make a space for us). It's elegant and comfortable and the four-poster bedroom we had was excellent.

We offer each of our guest’s complimentary kerb side parking, in any one of 625 on street parking bays. Very pleased that one of our team chose to give up their location and ensure that you were ‘parked up’ in proximity of the property. We are enormously proud of our breakfast offer, smoked fish from Paignton, award winning black pudding from the Isle of Sky of the West Coast of Scotland, wonderful smoked back bacon and fresh home made sausages form our local butcher Terry and Son. Many thanks for taking the time to write a wonderful review.
