The location was great and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and staff was helpful. Above all these great things, Sergio was the greatest host ever! I forgot my ipad in the room on the day I checked out and Sergio helped me search for it and mailed it to London before I left the UK.... More

The guest house has two options for breakfast, continental or English, both are really nice. Really close to everything, basically in the middle of Bath, 10 min walking to everything. There is a club next to the Guest House but the noise was not a problem. Room was nice and tidy with a TV, sink, kettle and some tea/coffee bags.... More

Very small and comfortable little B&B in the center. We were warned for the noise complaint by the club nearby but it did not bother us. The rooms are warm and comfy. They do not have a mini fridge in the rooms though which left us thirsty over night.

As most reviews have already outlined it can get noisy on a Friday and Saturday night (don't worry club & cocktail bar shuts on a Sunday). I have lived in the middle of a city near clubs before so the noise did not necessarily wake me, the main concern I had was with the noisy creaking floorboards from the disturbed... More

I stayed one night at Anabelle's Guest House in February 2016. (Location) I travelled to Bath by train - Anabelle's Guest House is about 5 minutes walk from the station. It is also located within 5 minutes walk of the Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa. (Room facilities) Bed, desk, tea/coffee, cathode ray tube TV, free wifi, hangers (do not... More

This little guest house is a budget traveller's dream property. For our one night stay it was absolutely perfect - the room (with ensuite) was comfortable and clean, we had a full cooked breakfast and the property is located within a few minutes walk to the city centre, bus station and train station. Sergio is an efficient host and makes... More

What a lovely B&B and a great find. Location does not get better than this. Very good value for money. Lovely breakfast which was plentiful and good quality. Sergio is a diamond who cannot do enough for you. Shared bathrooms were not a problem at all, hot water and very clean. Minor issue if light sleeper is the noise but... More

Went to Bath with my Girlfriend, and on the day decided to stay there. We found this hotel and they gave us the last room at a discount price. The host was very helpful, but the room felt and smelt very musty and it got quite noisy during the night as the hotel is next to a club. However the... More

This place has a great location in Bath, very easy to get to everything! Our room was bigger than we expected and had an en-suite bathroom which was nice and clean! Breakfast was quite boring but not terrible. The beds were not the most comfortable but they could be a lot worse. The best thing about this place was the... More

Friendly person with easy checkin and checkout. Small cosy room with small bathroom a few steps down and very clean. However, it was quite noisy due to the wooden floor. Good breakfast Comfortable bed Best location - A stone's throw from the bus/railway stations, Roman Baths and other sights.
