We were impressed with the size of our Family Room, the comfy beds & it was very clean. The reception team were friendly & helpful with good local knowledge. The only downside was the TV sound kept turning off but we found out how to fix it! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect, we throughly enjoyed our stay, the only niggle would be the curtains let a lot of light in, we were at the front of the building with huge windows which lacked privacy, voiles would be a good idea in these rooms to assist with privacy and black out blinds would have ensured we had a better sleep, as waking at 5am each morning was unwelcome. Room was acceptable, bed was comfy, location is fantastic and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay.

This was without a doubt the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had. The windows in the room are sealed shut and the air conditioning is non existent. In mid-May (fairly cold for the UK) the room was sweltering hot over night to the point nobody slept. At the point of complaining at 1am we were offered two desk fans which simply blew the hot air around and were told the hotel was fully booked so we were unable to move. A complete joke, not a moment’s sleep in this truly awful hotel. The only 1 star review I’ve ever left.
